This is an exercise that is supposed to help bring us all together, get us thinking about prospects in different rounds, strategies that may be useful, etc. What I would personally like to see, is Supes continue on as GM but that we do follow a closer pattern to what we did last year. Open things up to the group, create a poll and have everyone be involved in the process. I have zero issues if Supes wants to be the tie breaker on something since it could go either way. Let's use this as a way to unify the group instead of dividing. We have a new group in charge (Sheila/Holmes/Campbell) and things are looking to be moving forward on the right track. The sad part is... that is probably not going to be anywhere close to what would be needed to do it. It seems almost inevitable to have to use the 2nd.
