Of course the Niners going after a QB early in the draft is very exciting and is probably gonna really drag the next month along slowly. I personally think Mac Jones or Fields.

I am also stoked that we will be off-loading a high salary player after this season. We are coming up on having to extend players like Warner, Bosa, etc. and that extra cap space is huge in keeping the core together and adding other pieces. Nothing againast Jimmy, but having 'The Future' at QB and at a cheap price for a few years is beneficial

If only we could all find someone who looks at us the way Shanny longs after Kirk

....or Kirk longs after Pizza Ranch

These cringey Pizza Ranch commercials will never not be funny to me. P.S. Pizza Ranch is the bomb.

Lawrence

Pros: Has all the tools, and very good with those tools all around. Been at the top for a while.

Cons: Didn't run a pro offense, so who knows how well he adjusts to the NFL, but not too big of a worry.

Wilson

Pros: Special arm talent, very mobile, great pocket awareness, good processor on the field, pro offense

Cons: Kinda looks like a douchebag.

Fields

Pros: Special arm talent, special athleticism, toughness galore, doesn't seem to want to run the ball all the time, has value as a pocket passer.

Cons: Footwork not ideal, we don't know about his ability to go through progressions.

McCorkle

Pros: Processes defenses quickly and goes through progressions well. Seems above average at almost everything except athleticism. Can't imagine him being a bad QB at the pro level.

Cons: Dad bod, not athletic, McCorkle. Believed in Bortles

Lance

Pros: Great athlete, good pocket presence, great arm strength, seemed to work on his mechanics during the year off, pro offense.

Cons: Been off for a year, raw, unknowns, time to develop.

Spot on with Wilson's CONS
