Trevor Lawrence | QB | Clemson Best Fit – Any team, any style of offense. Likely Landing Spots – Jags Overall – Hard to pick a fault in his game because he has it all. High football intelligence and physical traits and an ability to make off-script plays. He is also calm and poised in the biggest moment. Combined with his off-field leadership and what he brought to Clemson, it’s difficult to see how you can miss with this guy. Best utilisation would be for teams who can maximise his athleticism while giving him opportunities to make use of his downfield accuracy. Grade – 95.4 2. Kyle Pitts | TE | Florida Best Fit – He can win wherever you line him up. Likely Landing Spots – Bengals, Dolphins, Falcons, Cowboys, Panthers Overall – There aren’t many draft classes that have one-offs like Pitts to the point where the expectation is in that he could dominate from day one. The gap from his where he is to the next man at his position in this class is enormous. A rare athlete for the position. He can win with speed and length, and over defenders. Grade – 93.7 3. Justin Fields | QB | Ohio State Best Fit – Spread/West Coast Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Patriots, Bears, Panthers Washington, Lions, Falcons Overall – Elite speed and throwing accuracy to all levels of the field – has genuine scary upside with his athletic ability and arguably not nearly enough is being made of that. Almost too confident to solve problems after the snap. High-level throws in his highlight reel, big arm talent. Weird offense that asked him to lock on to targets, but plenty of examples of him getting past his first read. Grade – 92.2 4. Penei Sewell | OT | Oregon Best Fit – Literally any scheme would be a happy home for his skill-set Likely Landing Spots – Bengals, Dolphins, Panthers Overall – A mean and athletic brute with a rare twitchy athleticism and power combination for a man of his size. Young at only 20 years old, significant room to grow an already impressive resume. Very few questions around his ability, some pad level and footwork issues which need cleaning up – but he’s a real problem out in space. Might be a generational run blocker. Grade – 92.1 5. Zach Wilson | QB | BYU Best Fit – Spread Likely Landing Spots – Jets, 49ers Overall – Thrives out of structure, a mobile playmaker and elite deep thrower. Dominant player at his level of competition. A vocal leader of that team and loved across the program. A joyful dart thrower on the move. Throws with pitch perfect touch and can toss it with velocity from a variety of platforms. Not a rhythm and timing passer or built to take a pounding and with some concerns about his ability to handle pressure (which he rarely saw at BYU). Grade – 90.4 6. DeVonta Smith | WR | Alabama Best Fit – Slot or Y Receiver Likely Landing Spots – Ceiling feels like Detroit at 7, floor at Cardinals 16 Overall – Highly competitive volume receiver and skilled as a route technician in that aspect. Big-time leader of that offense, highly respected by his teammates. Rare dominance as a receiver in college, with an unexpected ability to win contested passes when needed. Physical traits appear to show some limitations, but he really does appear to be an outlier with everything he has shown to date. Grade – 90.2 7. Ja'Marr Chase | WR | LSU Best Fit – X Receiver in any passing offense Likely Landing Spots – Bengals, Dolphins, Lions Overall – Explosive boundary receiver with rare athleticism and play strength. Consistently played well against top tier opposition in the SEC, constantly freed himself from press-man coverage using his hands and play strength. Beats up on underpowered corners, but not the most refined route-runner and can get stuck in his routes at time. Grade – 90.1 8. Micah Parsons | LB | Penn State Mike Best Fit – Versatile, all off-ball spots Likely Landing Spots – Ceiling Lions at 7, floor Patriots at 15 (unless character a real issue) Overall – An incredibly rare athlete for his size. Ab explosive and sudden mover who can read and redirect. Violent on contact and deadly closing speed. Former pass-rusher and can be a contributor as a blitzer and rushing from the edge. Excels in pass coverage too, matching up on tight ends when required. A major player in the hazing scandal at Penn State. Grade – 90 9. Jaylen Waddle | WR | Alabama Best Fit – Speed slot or Z Receiver Likely Landing Spots – Giants, Eagles, Arizona, Patriots Overall – Freakishly rare combination of speed and lateral agility. He could have a Tyreek Hill level impact for a team who could utilize him as both a deep threat and an underneath YAC monster. There is room to grow as a route-runner, but he is the sort of elite playmaker that forces the defense into passive positions. Might never be a top-tier stat filler. Grade – 89.8 10. Trey Lance | QB | North Dakota State Best Fit – Would benefit from being utilized as a runner early on Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Panthers, Broncos, Patriots, Bears, Washington Overall – Further along mentally as was asked to play under center at NDS. Never lost a game in his 17 games as a starter. Dual threat with a big arm and in a higher tier athletically. Lacks big game experience and has barely played in a year. Strong arm, but not yet a consistently accurate deep passer. Might need a Josh Allen type game built around his size and ability on the ground. Grade – 89.7 11. Patrick Surtain II | CB | Alabama Best Fit – Man/Press Man Likely Landing Spots – Cowboys, Giants, Eagles Overall – Five star recruit, been highly touted as an athlete his entire life, desirable bloodlines. Rarely even tested last year as QBs refused to throw to his side of the field. Always in position to play the football, advanced technically. Not a high twitch athlete. Sometimes late on quick slants, sometimes doesn’t commit to playing the run. Ideal length, a picture-perfect press man corner. Grade – 88.7 12. Alijah Vera-Tucker | IOL | USC Best Fit – Zone, but adaptable Likely Landing Spots – Vikings, Giants, Packers, Chiefs, Jets Overall – Rapid out of his stance, an agile and balanced mover in space and locks up defenders quickly at the second level. Already highly polished, should be a long-term starter inside. Would be an idea fit for a zone-heavy run attack, has experience at playing tackle but might be better utilized inside with his lack of ideal length. Best football is ahead of him. Grade – 88.4 13. Jaelan Phillips* | EDGE | Miami Best Fit – Versatile Likely Landing Spots – Giants, Cowboys, Vikings, Dolphins, Browns – but huge unknown with his medical concerns. Could drop a long way. Overall – The most talented edge rusher in the class, has all the burst and bend you like to see and advanced hand placement. A good run defender. He can rush with speed and with power. Exciting pro-day workout puts him in top-tier of athletes. Serious wrist and ankle injury history. Multiple concussions too, which are more concerning and puts him at serious risk of a shortened NFL career. Grade – 87.4* 14. Teven Jenkins | OT | Oklahoma State Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Raiders, Bears, WFT, Colts, Titans Overall – A bully, a nasty powerful blocker with an eagerness to put defenders in the dirt. Absolutely blotted out Joseph Ossai in their match-up, loves to dominate. Great with his hands. Ideal length and size for the tackle position, incredibly strong at the point of attack and good agility. Tested well. Not as effective in space, oversets at times. Grade – 87.4 15. Caleb Farley* | CB | Virginia Tech Best Fit – Versatile Likely Landing Spots – Depends entirely on the medicals at this point, but there are some corner hungry teams at the bottom of the first and might not get past New England if they don’t move up Overall – Built in a lab corner, with outstanding length, raw speed and footwork. Only two seasons at playing the position but has an advanced mental understanding of the position and how to use his physical advantages. Didn’t play a lot of press-man, but looks natural doing it. Not great in run support. Back injury is a real concern, coming in a year with no football. Tough sport to play with an issue that is likely to recur. Grade – 87.3* 16. Rashawn Slater | OT | Northwestern Best Fit – Zone ideally, but fairly scheme versatile Likely Landing Spots – Vikings, Cowboys, Chargers Overall – Technician in pass protection and an athletic mover in space, could play multiple positions along the offensive line. Top tier athlete too, neutralises power quickly. Lacks ideal length. Could be a top tier guard, good tackle. High IQ player and understands angles - knows where to position his body at all times. Grade – 87 17. Rashod Bateman | WR | Minnesota Best Fit – Multiple Likely Landing Spots – Ceiling Cardinals at 16, floor Eagles at 37 Overall – Crafty, easy releases and quick separator as a receiver with an extra gear of athleticism to tap into at the next level which was hampered by a poor QB at Minnesota. Still, not a wow-specimen, but wins at the catch point is adept at creating his own space. Came in smaller than expected when measurements taken. Grade – 86.8 18. Christian Darrisaw | OT | Virginia Tech Best Fit – Versatile Likely Landing Spots – Vikings, Chargers, Raiders, Patriots Overall – Ideal size and length combination for the tackle position. Strong hands and puts rushers on the ground on contact and is a particularly good run blocker and moves well in space. He is athletic, but sometimes his footwork gets a little muddled when facing speed rushers. Flashed top tier balance and impressive ability to wall off multiple threats – but film is spotty and inconsistent at times. Grade – 86.7 19. Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah | LB | Notre Dame Best Fit – Slot/Box Safety/WLB Likely Landing Spots – Raiders, Dolphins, WFT, Cleveland Overall – A true sideline to sideline marvel, with ability to cover and rush the passer. He’s an explosive hitter with ridiculous short area burst. Lighter than ideal and some questions about his best utilization. Would work best given space in attacking defense, that allows him to blitz. A creative DC would have a lot of fun with him. Grade – 86.3 20. Elijah Moore | WR | Ole Miss Best Fit – Slot Likely Landing Spots – Titans, Saints, Chiefs, Dolphins Overall – Electric receiver with flat speed and insane agility in close quarters. Only a tiny percentage of passes from screens. A feature receiver at Ole Miss from the slot, handles a heavy workload well and can win deep. 78% of his snaps were from the slot, won’t win consistently on the outside. Grade – 86.2 21. Kwity Paye | EDGE | Michigan Best Fit – Four Man Edge Likely Landing Spots – Giants, Cowboys, Vikings, Dolphins Overall – A rare size/athletic profile. Best thing about him is what he could be, which isn’t always a great recipe for immediate success in the NFL but could have early impact as a run defender. Was moved around by Michigan a lot, but that seemed to hamper his progress and looks happier given a familiar role on the edge down to down. Grade – 86.2 22. Jaycee Horn | CB | South Carolina Best Fit – Press Man Likely Landing Spots – Cowboys, Eagles, Vikings, Patriots Pro Comparison – Stephon Gilmore Overall – Great size and length combination, using his strength to nullify receivers. Too grabby at the college level, needs refinement in his technique. Very competitive, but weirdly not that interested in run support. Might be scheme specific, press-man heavy teams will like him a lot of more and he can be highly effective there if he learns the subtle dark arts a little. Grade – 85.9 23. Jayson Oweh | EDGE | Penn State Best Fit – Versatile Likely Landing Spots – Giants, Cowboys, Vikings, Dolphins, Browns Overall – Most of what there is to like about him is on paper, but there are more than enough flashes of his insane athletic ability on film to feel good about what you might get. Big steps forward in his progression. Hasn’t played the game for long (since mid teens), so may still take a while for the lights to come on. He needs a good coach, but the ceiling is ridiculous given how athletically talented he is. Grade – 85.6 24. Landon Dickerson* | IOL | Alabama Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Ravens, Packers, Buccaneers, Jets Overall – Huge for an interior player, but thick flexible lower half and plays advanced technique and high-level play strength. Tall, but doesn’t seem troubled by pad level. Set all the protections at Alabama, played all five spots in college. Definitely could play guard. Dominated against high level competition, loved by all at Alabama. Multiple injuries in history, seems to be recovering well from recent ACL- but health is a big issue with him. Grade – 85.6 25. Creed Humphrey | IOL | Oklahoma Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots –Jets, Falcons, Ravens, Packers, Steelers Overall – Smart, called out all the adjustments for his team. Tested out of his mind at his pro-day, which wasn’t anticipated as it doesn’t always show up on film- especially at the second level where his lack of arm length shows up. A plus player in close quarters, generates torque and shock off the snap. He is wide and bull-strong in close quarters, durable too and has thirty-six continual starts to end his career. Could make a living at guard if needed. Grade – 85.5 26. Terrace Marshall Jr. | WR | LSU Best Fit – Multiple Likely Landing Spots – Ravens, Packers, Chiefs Overall – X receiver prototype in size and athletic profile. Catches the ball away from his body with ease and had some refinements as a route runner despite his young age and relative inexperience. Former five-star recruit with experience inside and outside. Caught 82% of passes thrown his way and comes into the league at only 20 years old. Not a sudden mover, has a history of lower body injuries. Grade – 85.4 27. Javonte Williams | RB | North Carolina Best Fit – Versatile/Spread Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Falcons, Bills, Jets, Cardinals Overall – Rare lower body power at 5’10 and 220 pounds. He’s a tackle breaking machine – his 75 broken tackles were the highest in the country and in a job share where he had only 157 rushes. Vast improvements as a pass-blocker this past year and has plus contact balance. More than serviceable in the passing game. Not a burner, or home hitter. Highly intelligent off the field, much loved personality. Grade – 85.4 28. Trevon Moehrig | S | TCU Best Fit – Split Safety Likely Landing Spots – Jaguars, Falcons, Cowboys Overall – Has a multiple skill set, able to make an impact in different close to the line or single-high. Consistently makes plays on the football, a threat to take it away when in his area of the field. Called the plays at the back end of a dominant pairing for TCU. High level athlete. Was a dominant special teams player. Not always the most consistent tackler. Grade – 84.7 29. Travis Etienne | RB | Clemson Best Fit – Outside Zone Likely Landing Spots – Bills, Jets, Dolphins, Steelers, Cardinals NFL Comparison - Overall – Electric home-hitting speed, can take it the distance on any given play and that shouldn’t be taken for granted. Insane production and can be featured in the passing game. He is more tenacious than you think in contact and has good balance – regularly spinning out of tackles. Some questions around whether he is built to carry a full workload in the NFL. Grade – 84.7 30. Richie Grant | S | UCF Best Fit – Split Safety/Free Likely Landing Spots – Falcons, Jaguars, Lions, Cowboys NFL Comparison - Overall – High IQ starting safety, snuffs out danger with explosive closing speed. Rangy when deployed deep. Called all the plays at the back end, marshalled the defense at UCF. Plays bigger than his size but has some limitations there. Physical element to his game as a hitter, but not always a clean tackler. High level special teamer. Grade – 84.6 31. Christian Barmore | IDL | Alabama Best Fit – Three-Tech Likely Landing Spots – Titans, Raiders, Browns, Packers, Buccaneers Overall – Can take over games when he’s running hot, as he did in the Championship game where he was too hot to handle. Athletic and agile for his size, really surprising agility. Weirdly inconsistent player but has a high upside for a team with a good defensive line coach. Has some scheme versatility, teams will covet him in a poor class at his position. Grade – 84.5 32. Najee Harris | RB | Alabama Best Fit – Multiple Likely Landing Spots – Bills, Jets, Falcons, Jaguars, Cardinals Overall – Huge back at 6’2 and 230 pounds, can be a feature back with ability to handle a workload and make plays in the receiving game. Decisive, quick and powerful as a runner, but sometimes too upright and invites shots. Won’t last in the NFL like that. Difficult to tell how good he was given how dominant his offensive line was. Grade – 84.3 33. Zaven Collins | LB | Tulsa Best Fit – Moveable piece in multiple defense Likely Landing Spots – Dolphins, Saints, Patriots, Giants Overall – Huge off-ball linebacker at 6’5 and 260 pounds, with surprising light feet and movement ability. A late bloomer and only lightly recruited out of high school but really turned it on as he progressed at Tulsa. Not a punishing tackler, for a man of his size. Looks like he’s still developing in the mental side of the game, playing on instincts. Has upside as a pass-rusher on third down. Grade – 84.3 34. Azeez Ojulari | EDGE | Georgia Best Fit – 3-4 OLB/Wide 9 Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Jets, Ravens, Chiefs Overall – One-trick but incredibly effective speed rusher with flexibility. He has an odd physical profile, shorter and lighter but lengthy arms gave opponents fits off the edge. Has some untapped physical potential, some room to grow into his frame more. Certainly not a bad run defender, but not an edge setter. Can be impactful as a DPR early on. Grade – 84.2 35. Greg Newsome II | CB | Northwestern Best Fit – Versatile, predominant zone teams should love him Likely Landing Spots – Bills, Colts, Packers, Titans, Raiders Overall – Super smooth corner, with good length. Rarely targeted at Northwestern, nullified opposing QB’s to a 31.7 passing rating when he was. Not a twitchy athlete, but fast and plays with smarts and high IQ rather than in dynamic closing speed. Has been hurt a lot with lower body injuries, never played a full season. Never faced top tier opponents. High character, zero off-field baggage. Grade – 84.2 36. Asante Samuel Jr. | CB | Florida State Best Fit – Man heavy Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Packers, Saints, Falcons Overall – Eery how similar he looks to his dad, not just in his physical stature but in how he plays the game too. Unreal quickness when breaking on the ball and a knack for knowing when to attack it. Has some size concerns on the outside, but that didn’t hamper his father there. Feisty and aggressive, but sometimes overpowered when matched on bigger receivers. Grade – 84 37. Gregory Rousseau | EDGE | Miami Best Fit – Big end in four-man front Likely Landing Spots – Ravens, Chiefs, Giants, Jets, 49ers Overall – Wildly productive in one season at Miami, but most of that sack production came on the inside where his speed and length was too much to handle. Strange size and athletic profile, quick but not explosive. Could be a Justin Tuck over time and has the upside to be productive in the right scheme but needs good coaching and comes with a high bust profile. Grade – 83.9 38. Mac Jones | QB | Alabama Best Fit – West Coast Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Broncos, Patriots, Bears, WFT, Saints Overall – A ball distributor who was a quick processor and decisive passer at Alabama. He has arm limitations which put a ceiling on explosive plays. He is restricted athletically, which limits opportunities for off-schedule plays. Needs to outwit and win prior to the snap to find consistent success in the NFL, which he did for the most part at Alabama. It’s almost becoming the skill set of a bygone era. Grade – 83.8 39. Tyson Campbell | CB | Georgia Best Fit – Scheme versatile Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Steelers, Packers, Jets, Eagles, Falcons Overall – Highly athletic corner, with extremely desirable length and speed profile. Former five-star recruit, loose-hips and can click and close windows rapidly. Easy in his transitions for a man of his size, much more physical at the line than his teammate and has a high ceiling as a press-man corner. Lacking ball-skills. Grade – 84.5 40. Joe Tryon | EDGE | Washington Best Fit – Multiple Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Browns, Ravens, Chiefs, Jets, Falcons Overall – Raw, with a fascinating athletic upside. Added considerable muscle to his frame over his year out from football according to the reports. Has some twitch and explosion. Was productive in his one year as a starter in Washington but might be a year or two away from being a serious contributor due to the missed time and refinements needed in his technique. Grade – 83.7 41. Liam Eichenberg | OT | Notre Dame Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Colts, Titans, Packers, Chiefs, Jaguars, Bengals, Giants Overall – Starter for three years at a top offensive line program. Iron man, didn’t miss a game, has multiple recognition in end of season awards. No sacks given up in past two seasons. Has some plug and play. No special physical traits and less than ideal arm length may see him tried inside. Did tested out well athletically, perhaps better than expected. Grade – 83.3 42. Alex Leatherwood | OT | Alabama Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Ravens, Colts, Titans, Packers, Chiefs, Jaguars, Bengals, Giants NFL Comparison - Overall – Plug and play starter at guard or tackle. Highly decorated starting left tackle for two seasons at Alabama, first team everything. Huge frame which isn’t yet maxed out and is an excellent run blocker. Slow to react at times, but the length shows up consistently. Team captain in 2020. Got the tools to be long-time starter in the league. Grade – 82.9 43. Wyatt Davis | IOL | Ohio State Best Fit – Multiple (played mostly zone at Ohio State) Likely Landing Spots – Giants, 49ers, Chiefs, Bengals, Raiders Overall – Highly recruited five star out of high school. Bloodlines with his grandfather being HOF Willie Davis. Played his entire career at right guard where he would be plug and play at the next level. Hugely impressive 2019 season where he showed off his unlockable grip strength and enjoyed a dominant stretch of games. Physical, tone-setter. Drop-off in 2020 has been attributed to a knee issue he played through, seemed to impact his short area quickness. Grade – 82.9 44. Payton Turner | EDGE | Houston Best Fit – Four Man Edge/Five Tech Likely Landing Spots – Chiefs, Buccaneers, Jets, Falcons, Eagles, Patriots, Giants, 49ers, Cowboys Overall – An unfiltered wrecking ball at Houston, playing with limited technique – but regularly overwhelmed blockers with his size, power and flexibility. Has untapped potential as a pass-rusher. Disruptive in the run game, but not always finishing the play himself. Has played inside and outside at Houston, where he trimmed down in his final year. High floor, intellectual player who reads the game well and has solid fundamental skills. Athletic testing suggested he could make a living as an outside corner but hasn’t looked as proficient at that spot to this point. Has special teams value as a punt-returner and gunner. Tall and lanky, not thick. Play strength is a little low, looks underpowered taking on blocks head on. Grade – 81.2 53. Levi Onwuzurike | IDL | Washington Best Fit – Three-tech, single gap scheme Likely Landing Spots – Packers, Cowboys, Browns, Titans, Seahawks, Saints Overall – Undersized interior defender who has lined up everywhere from 0-tech to wide 9. Some teams will love his versatility. Wins with quickness and power, plays with leverage. Has speed out of his stance. Fast and heavy hands. Not a refined pass-rusher at this point, has a small array of moves – relies too much on a bull-rush. Might be maxed out physically, bit of a tweener build. Grade – 81.1 54. Pat Freiermuth | TE | Penn State Best Fit – In-line tight end Likely Landing Spots – Jaguars, Titans, Rams, Falcons, Eagles, Dolphins, Bills, Jets Overall – Ideal, prototypical size for the position. Solid all-round game as a blocker and receiver. Not a dynamic athlete. Thick lower-half, lots to work with in developing into a red zone weapon. Catches away from his body, good in the air. Captain for 2 years, loved by all. Good after the catch. Concentration drops. Grade – 81 55. Stone Forsythe | OT | Florida Best Fit – Versatile, but teams with a heavy lean on the pass Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Ravens, Giants, Falcons, Jaguars Overall – Enormous sun-blotting frame, 6-8 and 315 pounds. Bloodlines, with his father Ray Forsythe who was an NFL lineman. Tested well, ridiculous 7.47 three-cone for his size. You see that agility on film, but he’s not put it to good use yet as a run blocker. Controlled and patient in pass sets, highly efficient, controls opponents with his length and maximises his physical advantages. Grade – 80.9 56. Dayo Odeyingbo | EDGE | Vanderbilt Best Fit – Chiefs, Giants, Bills, 49ers, Jets Likely Landing Spots – Overall – Large defensive end at 6’5 and 275, looks like Preston Smith on film. Flashes rare physical traits, raw power and flex. Ideal fit for teams that utilize big defensive ends, often kicked inside on third down and overwhelmed blockers inside. Was the standout defensive player at Vanderbilt and was uitlized that way. Achilles injury occurred in January, can be a long recovery period and lead to long-term issues. Grade – 80.7 57. Milton Williams | IDL | LA Tech Best Fit – Interior sub-rusher, large end, teams with multiple fronts Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Bengals, Cowboys, Browns Overall – Slightly funky build at 6’3 and 284. Insane athlete, one of the most impressive workouts in years at his pro day – rare explosion and ability testing. Played five-tech in college. That physical explosion is there on film, but he’s not been a stat filler to this point. Happy to do the dirty work inside as a disruptive run defender. All all-conference player with 30 pressures in 10 games according to PFF. Raw technique as a pass-rusher, needs refinement. Grade – 80.6 58. Josh Myers | IOL | Ohio State Best Fit – Zone Likely Landing Spots – Rams, 49ers, Steelers, Chiefs, Vikings Overall – Big load at 6’5, strong and plays with physicality. Has a broad, wide body Not dynamic in short areas, but mobile in the run game. Smart guy, called all the protections. One of several team captains at OS. Has the size to play some guard, not overpowered there – might even be better at the latter. Not great with his hands, sometimes overly aggressive in the second level and slips out of blocks. Grade – 80.4 59. D'Wayne Eskridge | WR | Western Michigan Best Fit – Speed slot Likely Landing Spots – Titans, Ravens, Patriots, Packers, Lions, Colts, Chiefs Overall – Rapid accelerator, confirmed with his testing (4.3 speed and 1.51 ten time). Smaller receiver, 5’9 and 190. Older prospect, already 24 years of age – not a great projection. Crazy production in his final season, averaging over 100 yards per game and 8tds across 6 games – 23 yards per catch. Tape is ridiculous, roasts everyone, just bursts off the line. Won inside and outside in the MAC. Not a refined route-tree, plenty of go-routes and slants. Showed out in Senior Bowl practices. Special teams returner, dynamic with ball in hand and enjoys blocking on the outside. Grade – 80.4 60. Quinn Meinerz | IOL | Wisconsin-Whitewater Best Fit – Man gap power (has some versatility) Likely Landing Spots – Buccs, Ravens, Patriots, Raiders, Packers Overall – A straight-up bully at the Senior Bowl where he was putting defenders in the dirt rep after rep. Run blocking power, moves defenders off their spot from a standing start. Quick off the snap, tested out as a top tier athlete. Wrestling background and puts it to use. Lower level of competition could give him a lower floor to work from. Has had some balancing issues throughout his college career. Grade – 80.3 61. Brady Christensen | OT | BYU Best Fit – Versatile Likely Landing Spots – Bears, Chiefs, Chargers, Packers, Titans, Vikings Overall – High IQ offensive lineman, lightly recruited out of high school. Older prospect at 24 years old. Funky build at 6’5 and 32 inch arms, might have a future playing inside. Tested out of his mind athletically and you can see that explosion on film. Student of the game and understands angles and leverage. Plays with refined technique, has some plug and play about his game. Grade – 80.2 62. Jamar Johnson | S | Indiana Best Fit – Deep safety Likely Landing Spots – Overall – Supposed ‘late rising’ prospect who has played cornerback and safety at Indiana. Ideal size and length. Has range at the back end, fluid mover in coverage – excels in the back end. Good ball skills, a threat to take the ball away. Quick reactions and decision maker. Offer something as a blitzer. Only a 32.2 passing grade on balls thrown in his area. Doesn’t have elite top end speed. Not a good tackler, takes poor angles. Not a versatile player. Some off-field stuff – resisting arrest. Grade – 80.2 63. Kendrick Green | IOL | Illinois Best Fit – Zone Likely Landing Spots – Rams, Chiefs, 49ers, Vikings Overall – Chaotic interior blocker who is absolutely rapid out of his stance and absolutely gets after it at the second level. Might be a center only prospect with his lack of ideal length, but has played all three interior positions. A mean streak, puts guys in the dirt. All Big Ten first team, ranked third best interior players in all of college football by PFF. Still new to the position, a whole ceiling to grow into but needs some seasoning and refinement. On the ground too much. Grade – 80.1 64. Daviyon Nixon | IDL | Iowa Best Fit – Three-tech, even front gap Likely Landing Spots – Overall – Late blooming college player, only a starter since 2020 where he put together an impressive season. Long arms and powerful build. 13.5 TFLs in his final year at Iowa in a shortened season. A good athlete on film and in testing. Has a learning disability. More disruptive, than powerful. Not going to be an instant producer in the NFL, raw and needs to be brought along slowly. Some off-field stuff and questions about maturity. Grade – 80.1 65. Samuel Cosmi | OT | Texas Best Fit – Zone scheme only Likely Landing Spots – Chiefs, Vikings, Bears, Rams Overall – Top tier athlete, highly impressive numbers across the board. Iron man at Texas, started 34 of 35 games there. Started at both left and right tackle. Has TE like movements, rapid out of his stance. Slighter build than ideal. Still developing technically, a lot of work to do there. Very odd kick slide. A passive blocker and lacks a solid anchor – seen him get pushed around. Has a lot to work with athletically but going to need a good offensive line coach to get him near his ceiling. Grade – 80 66. Talanoa Hufanga | S | USC Best Fit – Box safety Likely Landing Spots – Broncos, Raiders, Jets, Ravens, Washington Overall – Highly active box safety. Fantastic second level blitzer, with 6.5 sacks and 16.5 TFLs in 24 games. Always around the football, like a magnet in the run game. History of collarbone injuries, two surgeries there. Dislocated shoulder too. Won’t impact the game in the deep middle, lacks speed and range to be deployed often there. League is moving away a little from hybrid/linebacker safeties. Grade – 80 67. Amari Rodgers | WR | Clemson Best Fit – Slot receiver in quick timing offense Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Rams, Saints, Jaguars, Packers, Chiefs Overall – Bizarre running back build, short but thick, stocky and well balanced. Great bloodlines, father is Tee Martin. Average athletic testing. Short area burst and quickness, snatches the ball away from his body. YAC stat machine, great with the ball in his hands. Enjoys contact as a runner, sheds tacklers. No length, lacks catch radius. Long speed isn’t there, not a burner. Lacks experience in press coverage, always open in college. Grade – 80 68. Jabril Cox | LB | LSU Best Fit – Rangy compliment to a bigger running mate Likely Landing Spots – Broncos, Overall – Coverage linebacker who is a natural in zone and can match up on tight ends. Has some ball-skills, a threat in the passing game – 26 passes defended and 9 interceptions. A run and chase linebacker who makes plays sideline to sideline. Did not test. Not a punishing tackler, less sure in the weeds. Lack of play strength shows up at times. Special teamer from day one. Grade – 80 69. Elijah Molden | S | Washington Best Fit – Nickel Likely Landing Spots – Overall – High IQ slot corner, who played in a versatile Washington scheme. Excels in the passing game where his high-end ball skills come into their own, baits quarterbacks. Mixed testing athletically, small and limited long speed. A very willing run defender. Has some positional versatility. Big-time special teams contributor with 479 snaps logged. Grade – 80 70. Eric Stokes | CB | Georgia Best Fit – Would suit a scheme which varies it up Likely Landing Spots – Eagles, Saints, Steelers, Titans, Giants, Cowboys, Chargers, Bills Overall – Desirable length at corner with some serious track speed – a very high-level athlete which suggests a higher ceiling to grow into at the next level. A little on the lean side. Georgia mixed up their coverages a lot, so he has experience in zone and man. Too soft when pressing at the line, technique just looks horrible. Allowed only three TD’s during his college career. Loose hips, not an instinctive player. Team captain. Grade – 79.7 71. Played all over the Tulane defensive front, has some versatility there. Bit of a tweener in size, lacks length. Highly impressive in Senior Bowl practices, where his burst and low pad level gave lineman fits. Can crash down on the edges with his bull-rush and collapse the pocket. High effort and heavy hands. Grade – 79.6 72. James Wiggins | S | Cincinnati Best Fit – Split safety in versatile scheme Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Eagles, Chargers, Vikings, Jaguars, Raiders, Washington Overall – Versatile safety who can play close to the line, or drop as a deeper defender. Reads the field well, closes quickly. ACL in 2019, impacted by further injury in 2020 when he tore his meniscus. On Bruce Feldman’s freaks list and tested well. Two game winning interceptions. Slightly older prospect, turns 24 during the upcoming season. Underrated prospect, can fill out a number of roles in the secondary if he gets medical clearance. Grade – 79.5 73. Nick Bolton | LB | Missouri Best Fit – Scheme which allows him to attack downhill, possibly better behind odd-man front Likely Landing Spots – Washington, Saints, Rams, Giants, Chiefs, Broncos Overall – Undersized linebacker with below average athletic testing. Makes up for his lack of size and athleticism with high IQ and short area burst and relentless pursuit of the ball carrier. A hoover behind the line, snuffs out danger and loves coming downhill. Packs a punch on contact, can hit and deliver hits. Good instincts in zone. Only 21, room for growth – but ceiling might be lower with his lack of elite physical traits. Highly respect team leader. Grade – 79.5 74. Osa Odighizuwa | IDL | UCLA Best Fit – Sub-package Three-tech Likely Landing Spots – Browns, Cowboys, Chiefs, Patriots, Saints Overall – Tweener sized interior disruptor who plays with great leverage. Explosive and agile in the trenches, long arms which he uses to stab and stun blockers. Line up everywhere at UCLA, can play edge if needed. Three-time state wrestling champ, skills he utilizes to push the pocket. Rarely on the ground, despite the lack of ideal size. However, gets moved when he doesn’t win the leverage battle. Grade – 78.8 75. Alim McNeill | IDL | NC State Best Fit – NT Likely Landing Spots – Packers, Giants, Lions, Raiders, Texans, Patriots Overall – Former running back and linebacker. Very stout in the run game, strong and with a squatty thick build which makes him tough to move. Shorter at 6’2, but wide and has room to pack further weight on if needed. Not much of a pass-rusher, but does have a nifty spin move and some athleticism to tap into there. Only 20 years of age, plenty of room to develop. Grade – 78.6 76. Kelvin Joseph | CB | Kentucky Best Fit – Scheme versatile Likely Landing Spots – Titans, Steelers, Washington, Seahawks, Panthers, Saints, Packers, Bills Overall – Long outside corner with impressive size and speed combination. Size to bully opponents at the line. Moves well, bursts in and out of his breaks. Plus against the run. Gets burned on double-moves, second guesses – struggles to read routes at times. Some big off-field red flags was kicked out of LSU for multiple failed drug tests. Only played 20 games in his college career, so lightly experienced. Will need a good landing spot for his development. Grade – 78.3 77. Rashad Weaver | EDGE | Pittsburgh Best Fit – Large 4-3 End or Five Tech Likely Landing Spots – Cowboys, Dolphins, Chiefs, Vikings, Bengals Overall – Looks the part, big dude with prototypical edge size. Turns 24 during the season. A lot of tools in the box, can win hand fights. Shockingly good agility testing, hints there might be more to come a year removed from a knee injury which took him out of playing in 2019. Better in the power game, than the finesse game but might not yet know that. Hugely productive 2020 season and followed it up with solid Senior Bowl showing. A stout run defender. High floor prospect, but perhaps a rotational player at the next level. Grade – 78.1 78. Trey Smith | IOL | Tennessee Best Fit – Power based Likely Landing Spots – Ravens, Patriots, Raiders, Buccaneers Overall – A highly prized recruit coming out of high school. Huge and powerful human being at 6’5 and 320 pounds. Has played tackle, has the size to live there. Tested extremely well athletically, which you don’t always see on film where he can look slow moving laterally. Has had two major incidents of blood clotting in his lungs. Issue believed to be under control now, but medicals to confirm. A man mover in the run game, which he seems to relish. Grade – 78 79. Walker Little | OT | Stanford Best Fit – Difficult to say Likely Landing Spots – Overall – An enigma in the draft, which no football played since the first game of 2019 where he got injured for the year and therefore likely to have a wide variance of opinions. Former five star recruit, turned down all major schools to attend Stanford. Long dude at 6’7 and a solid 33.75 inch arms. Mixed testing, slow but agile and shows fluidity on tape. An easy pass protector, slides, seals and redirects well. Bloodlines through uncle and grandfather who played in NFL. Not a great run blocker, on the ground a lot. Medicals on knee may confirm drafted position. Grade – 77.8 80. Michael Carter | RB | North Carolina Best Fit – Buccaneers, Patriots, Lions, Jaguars, Giants, Cardinals Likely Landing Spots – Overall – Short at under 5’8 and light at just over 200 pounds. Quick, elusive and agile as a runner, not burner speed – but lots of big plays. Could be a feature as a pass-catcher with his soft hands. Runs with vision, uses his blockers well. Ball security, 1 fumble in last 28 games. Has bonus kick-return ability. Light in the pants, inconsistent on contact. Probably a complimentary back at the next level. Not good in pass pro. Grade – 77.3 81. Joseph Ossai | EDGE | Texas Best Fit – Rush Linebacker Likely Landing Spots – Chargers, Chiefs, 49ers, Rams, Falcons Overall – Athletic testing shows an explosive athlete. Speed, finesse player – rapid get-off and has some flexibility to turn the corner. Long-arms at 34 inches, lived in the backfield at Texas with 29 TFLs over past two seasons. High effort player that brings it on every snap. Only a starter for one season and lacking in instincts, looks like he is still learning the game at times. Absolute erased by Tevin Jenkins in their match-up, has struggled against more physical tackles. Biggest production came against lineman who won’t play NFL snaps. Grade – 77.1 82. Baron Browning | LB | Ohio State Best Fit – Multiple scheme that can move him around Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Steelers, Saints, Washington Overall – Appears to be a huge variance of opinions on this guy. Tested out of his mind and will have opened a lot of eyes at his pro-day. Shredded lengthy athlete, who generates a pop on contact has genuine wow plays on film. Has poor instincts, makes incorrect reads on a consistent basis. There are similar issues in the passing game, some high-level moments and moments where he doesn’t look like he knows what he should be doing. Starter only for one season. Upside as an edge rusher. More athlete than football player right now, but a mouldable piece of clay if you can bring him along slowly. Grade – 77 83. Shaka Toney | EDGE | Penn State Best Fit – Small end, or SAM backer Likely Landing Spots – Overall – Smaller edge rusher at 6’2 and 245. Tested out as a highly explosive athlete and you see those flashes of burst and flex on film. Might have the best get off in this class. Lined up a lot at 7 and 9 at Penn State. Drops into coverage with ease. Finesse, speed rusher – struggles to dislodge from blocks when handled early. Possible switch to off-ball linebacker, like Josh Uche. Grade – 76.7 84. Aaron Robinson | CB | UCF Best Fit – Slot corner in man heavy scheme Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Browns, Packers, Panthers, Seahawks Overall – Thinner corner, adequate size but lacking in arm length. Testing shows some explosive and speed traits. Alabama transfer to UCF. Slightly older prospect at 23. Very experiences playing press-man coverage, over 40% of his snaps there. Feisty player, likes to compete and transitions well. Was a blanket in the one on ones at the Senior Bowl. Has had trouble defending bigger receiver. Probably a slot only at the next level. Grade – 76.6 85. David Moore | OL | Grambling State Best Fit – Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Patriots, Buccaneers, Titans, Raiders Overall – Short and squatty lineman which a huge trunk and a rock solid anchor. Generates movement, a nasty finisher with a mean streak. A bully in a booth, was too powerful for everyone in the FCS. Struggles with his balance, short arms don’t help – possible transition to play Center where he played some at the Senior Bowl and did well. Decent athlete for his size, moves well north and south, not a great lateral mover. Grade – 76.5 86. Tommy Tremble | TE | Notre Dame Best Fit – Second tight end in a run heavy scheme Likely Landing Spots – Titans, Eagles, Rams, Cardinals, Packers Overall – Incredibly named football player who has a more natural full-back size than an in-line tight end at 6’3 and 240 pounds. An old fashioned monster in the run game, beats up on dudes in space. Fast, ran a 4’65 with an impressive 1.56 ten yard split. Still only 21 years old. Opportunity thin on the ground in a stacked tight end room at Notre Dame. Only one game with 50 plus yards as a receiver. Still developing there, but can contribute as a blocking tight end right away. Grade – 76.4 87. Jaelon Darden | WR | North Texas Best Fit – Return specialist, long-term speed slot Likely Landing Spots – Chiefs, Giants, 49ers, Dolphins, Jaguars Overall – Gaudy stat producer at North Texas, 19 TD’s in 2020 alone and 74 receptions and 1,190 in NINE games. A very small dude at 5’7 and 175 and a small catch radius, not rocked either. Stupid game tape, plays at a totally different speed to everyone else on the field. Wonderfully explosive open field runner, vision and make you miss for days. Offers immediate upside as a punt and kick returner which feels like his early route into a starting line-up. Grade – 76.3 88. Tommy Togiai | IDL | Ohio State Best Fit – Rotational interior play in a multiple scheme Likely Landing Spots – Seahawks, Cowboys, Browns, Chiefs, Bills, Lions, Saints Overall – Funky build at 6’1 and 296 makes him a difficult player to place role-wise in the NFL. A good athlete, impressive numbers in the agility drills. Was hugely missed in the Championship game. A good run defender, was asked to man the 0 or 1 a lot which he did well despite his lack of size – has unnatural strength in the trenches. Small sample size, didn’t flash until his final year. Gets underneath blockers routinely with his low pad level and quickness off the snap. Still developing as a pass-rusher but has some upside there. Highly competitive, doesn’t back down. Grade – 76.3 89. Janarius Robinson | EDGE | Florida State Best Fit – Large edge setter on four-man front Likely Landing Spots – Vikings, Bengals, Patriots, Cowboys, 49ers, Jets Overall – Heavily recruited out of high school, was one of Bruce Feldman’s freaks. Big, long edge with almost ridiculous 36 inch arms. Tested well, but nothing freakish. Only moderate production on a very poor college team. A stout run defender, immensely powerful there. Has the physical tools to grow as a pass-rusher, but lacks basic flexibility and technique – needs a good defensive line coach. A raw prospect with some intriguing tools, who might take a while to come good. Grade – 76.2 90. Kenneth Gainwell | RB | Memphis Best Fit – Third down back, with some upside in a pass-heavy offense Likely Landing Spots – 49ers, Chiefs, Bears, Rams Overall – Tested moderately well, but running back can be difficult to project success there. Massive production in 2019, with over 2,000 yards from scrummage – but only one year as a starter. A dynamic threat as a receiver, a route runner who can make an impact in the short passing game. Agile in space, can make players miss – but doesn’t run through contact and goes down easily. Very willing blocker in pass protection, give it his all there. Not a good inside runner. Grade – 76.1 91. Josh Palmer | WR | Tennessee Best Fit – Third receiver in a pass-happy offense Likely Landing Spots – Packers, Overall – Good size at 6’1 and 210. Was held back by some dreadful QB play during his time with the Vols. Particularly good at the small things, body control and how to pace his routes. Excellent hands, can extend beyond his frame. Had a good Senior Bowl week where he improved his stock by winning consistently in the one on ones. Tested only moderately well, but has been a good downfield receiver and has caught 25 passes of 20 plus yards. Grade – 76 92. Aaron Banks | IOL | Notre Dame Best Fit – Man Gap Power Likely Landing Spots – Giants, Patriots, Raiders, Dolphins, Buccaneers, Bengals Overall – Enormous interior blocker at 6’5 and 325. Powerful and competitive in the trenches, moves defenders off their spots. Excels in pass protection, very little gets past him – plays with intelligence. Has a wide base, strong anchor and tough to move. Reasonably quick out of his stance, but not great out in space. Not an agile mover, not someone you want pulling out into space with regularity. Grade – 75.9 93. Tylan Wallace | WR | Oklahoma State Best Fit – Slot receiver in pass-heavy offense Likely Landing Spots – Packers, Chiefs, Washington, Bengals, Chargers, Seahawks Overall – Find the end zone routinely, 26 TDs in three productive seasons. A polished route runner, throws off defenders with his quickness in short areas. Has struggled against press-man coverage, needs to learn how to use his hands. Good after the catch, has some YAC. A history of soft tissue and an ACL in 2019. Below average testing, which disappointed. Good deep ball receiver and does well in contested situations, caught over 38 passes over 20 yards. Excellent run blocker, gets after it. Grade – 75.8 94. Trey Sermon | RB | Ohio State Best Fit – Scheme versatile RB in a job share Likely Landing Spots – Steelers, Dolphins, Jaguars, Jets, Falcons, Broncos Overall – Bigger back, decisive runner with surprising short area agility. Has upside as a contributor in the passing game, but only lightly used there. Can handle a load, destroyed a stingy Northwestern defense with over 300 yards from scrimmage. Well-rounded, fundamentally sound – no game breaking speed. Work-horse potential with fairly low mileage. History of injuries. Fell out with coaches at Oklahoma and Ohio State. Grade – 75.6 95. Ben Cleveland | IOL | Georgia Best Fit – Power Gap scheme Likely Landing Spots – Buccaneers, Patriots, Raiders, Giants, Bengals Overall – A mammoth interior lineman at 6’6 and 343 pounds. A powerful, rather than overweight build. Tested well athletically, particularly in the speed drills. Did not allow a sack in three seasons at Georgia. Naturally powerful and plays to his size. Only a full-time starter in 2020. Opens lanes for his backs. Scheme specific. Slow to recover when knocked off balance, defenders can get underneath him. Not great out in space, struggles to reach and seal his targets. Grade – 75.5 96. Loves contact, gives his all in run support. Plays with twitch and intensity, doesn’t back down despite his smaller stature. Proficient in press-man, but has barely played in anything other than cover 1. Slightly above average athlete, but no more than that. Lacking in length, which hampers him at times. Might have to be moved inside, but would be a transition for him. Grade – 75.2 99. Tested very well at pro day, elite speed and agility measures. Father was Chris Dalman who played for the 49ers in the 90s. Athleticism shows up on film, rapid burst and quickness. Movements are easy and fluid, reaches well at the second level. Technically proficient, hand placement and strike timing are perfect. Lacks play strength, anchor is below par and at risk to bigger bodied nose tackles one on one. Grade – 75 100. Hunter Long [ TE ] Boston College Best Fit – TE2 in 12 personnel heavy system Likely Landing Spots – Jaguars, Bills, Rams, Dolphins, Titans, Panthers Overall – Prototypical sized tight end at 6’5 and 250, has a lengthy 83-inch wingspan too. Contested catch king, regularly plucking badly thrown passes from his quarterback. 62 percent of catches went for a first down. Enough speed to work the seam and can eat up ground after the catch. Decent blocker, but no more than that and needs work – some stiffness as a route runner. Likely to be over drafted in a weak class. Yeah, it's a 2nd round grade though. But I like him a lot. Those UCF backs were dogs. Mac Jones is a bit too low though, sure he does not have the ceiling some of the other QBs have but his intangibles are about as good as any and as long as he goes with a team who has weapons to get the ball to, his lack of talent should not be a problem. Kellen Mond, Kyle Trask, Jalen Mayfield, Shaun Wade, Jackson Carman and Caden Sterns, are not top 100 players? How is that possible? Also no Spencer Brown, Brevin Jordan, Andre Cisco, Trey Hill, Quincy Roche, Dan Moore Jr, James Hudson, Patrick Jones, Richard LeCounte etc? I feel you have Ossai and Browning way to low as well, both could be early 2nd round picks potentially. That is a ton of work though and write ups, hard to do so well done. Crazy time though, for your list here 6 of the top 16 players did not play last season including Trey Lance into that group. And most other top rankings are similar guys, so will be interesting with that many highly rated guys not playing organized football in over a year. They do like big strong mean offensive lineman but they need to be able to move. Also for your Newsome bio you got zone teams loving him and the Titans as interested but they are moving to a man heavy scheme (at least that is the assumption with cutting Butler). I think you're analysis of Marshall is spot on. Alot of people will peg him as a h/w/s guy and no skill.
