Overall, I thinkyou have a good feel for the Steelers' needs. I'd be okay with these picks.

Louis Friend
Detroit Lions: 1.19 Alijah Vera-Tucker || OL || USC 2.41 Rondale Moore || WR || Purdue 2.51 Ifeatu Melifonwu || DB || Syracuse Explanation: One of the draft winners so far in my opinion. Vera-Tucker can feasibly play LT, but if not, should be an All-Pro guard for a decade+. Extremely solid value at 19. Moore is not a traditional #1 but should be productive, and I think adding a bigger bodied receiver like Josh Palmer in the 3rd makes sense. Melifonwu steps in across from Okudah and helps shore up a secondary that's been in bad shape for a long time. I actually don't like this for the Lions at all, tbh. While I like OT in the first with either Sewell or Slater, AVT is not BPA at number 19 for me and not good enough to pass on better talent. JOK would be a much better pick for the Lions at #19 to address their LB corp and a higher rated talent than AVT. Moore is a solid WR but again, not ideal for the Lions who really need a #1 WR after adding depth receivers in free agency. Better value at this pick would be Bashem, Holland, Collins, J. Johnson, Molden. As for Melifonwu, he'd be 4th best CB on the Lions talent wise behind Okudah, Dunbar and Oruwariye. I don't care for his fit here either although I agree with adding to our secondary. Better talent here would include J. Johnson, Molden or Cox. Overall, I don't disagree with the positions but I feel like you've reach for specific positions instead of letting the best talent fall to them. Lions are not anywhere close to competing, there is no need to reach for needs when they need to address nearly every position. 1.19 Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah || LB || Notre Dame 2.41 Jevon Holland || S || Oregon 2.51 Jabril Cox || LB || LSU
