Nick for me. As stated in previous rounds, his front 3 are awesome. Amacs are definitely a notch below. I would back Carvajal and Alba to negate Sanches and Insigne far more than Emerson and Semedo would against Bale and Dembele.

Nick for me also.

He clearly has the edge at FB and in his front three.  The midfields, while different in how they line up and their responsibilities, are fairly even imo.  Amac's only clear advantage in this match-up imo is at CB.

Crazy that I am against the grain but I think amac's front three is better than Nicks. I would admit that Kane is better than Cavani but that is no slight to Cavani since he is a world class striker in his own right. This is also not taking into effect that he might be the best defensive striker in the world when it comes to work rate and tracking back. As well, I would 100% take Alexis and Insigne, over an inconsistent and oft-injured Bale and still quite a raw player in Dembele. Midfield wise, I just think amac's is better too. Nick's does well in the sense that players know their role and compliment each other well, but at this stage, I feel that amac's has more versatility in that all players can be that creative spark but also have that defensive intensity. The CB are quite equal, although I like the Spurs combo because of their pace. The full backs are a weakness but I don't see that affecting the game too much. I just think amac's team has the quality in the midfield to slow down Nick and he has the attacking line up to win this match. 1-0 for amac in the finals

I like Nick's team but actually thought Terp's was a bit better. I think my midifield would be able to control the game, Kane is scorching but there are form questions w/ Bale & Ozil comparatively to my (or Brooklyn's) attackers. Nick has the advantage at fullback.

Agreed, I'm going amac here as well. I think Ozil would struggle to cope with a midfield of that quality and Keita's pressing in particular would really limit him. Dembele is gonna be a worldie one day but I think he's a step below anyone in amac's front 3, even Insigne. I just love the balance of that front 3 in general and I can just see it working so so well, with Insigne's creativity, Alexis' directness, and Cavani's movement. Nick has a clear edge when it comes to the fullbacks but the Vertonghen/Alderwald pairing was a clever pick and gives me a lot of confidence in that team.
