Albert Breer mentioned how the Raiders are among the teams interested in moving up in the first round

For what it’s worth, Vegas has asked around on a potential move up, too, and Jon Gruden has met with some of the top quarterbacks. And if Lance, Fields or Jones slips out of the top 10, there’s an interesting alley there: It wouldn’t stun me if the Eagles, Vikings, Patriots or Raiders was quietly thinking about the position there.

Yes if Sewell is somehow on the board at 14, you do it, of course. Not like crazy Top 10 stuff though.

We'll probably waste most of our draft picks on mediocre players like we have during the entire Gruden regime either way, go get a superstar.

While I agree that trading up for a T is absurd but is Miller really a "franchise LT"?  Once again you're talking about an above average player as a "franchise player". You like to throw that word around very loosely.

Been saying it since we drafted him that Miller is a better RT than left.  He is a really good LT and could be a great RT.

Which is why everyone loves baby ARod. We're like the dude that has never had a GF. Gets a 6/10 and will never take the risk of hitting on the 10/10 at work that's into him cause he's afraid of losing his current girl.

We stay trying to build a bisssch around here

I do not disagree with that at all.  We are paying him like a top LT though.

Meh.... 15ish in my opinion.  PFF which is hit and miss had him ranked somewhere in the 30's for tackles if I'm not mistaken.

Miller is very good in pass protection but average as a run blocker, he's too tall.
