Dr.O
Feel like the Jets move down from 34, try and recoup some picks from the AVT trade

It'll be hilarious and I can't wait for him to take subtle shots at Gruden.

Gruden definitely has final say but the drafting has gotten almost worse since Mayock has come aboard. Who know's what selections Gruden has overruled Mayock and what selections Mayock and his scouts have made. One factor that seemingly is always mentioned is Tom Cable. He has a lot of sway in our OL picks and I really think he pounded the table for Leatherwood. I'm giving him a little leash as he has helped progress Kolton Miller into a very good LT. Funny enough the reaction when we took Miller was similar to the Leatherwood hate, but actually worse.

They get excited about stuff that isn't valued as it used to be.

I get that they may fail Leatherwood at tackle first, but I have always viewed him as a Guard prospect. They've used 4 first round picks the last few years on a running back, a box safety, a guard, and a pass rusher who was never going to be a great pass rusher. Its just really weird.
