SBLIII
Value is fine. He has 2nd round talent but he needs to be more consistent. Good all around RB with pass catching and pass blocking ability. Michel and White are gone next year and Stevenson and Harris can carry the load. Hell, wouldn't be shocked if he plays in front of Michel. Like @Crimmage said they are likely preparing for a group of Harris/Taylor/Stevenson after Sony walks and White leaves/retires. White could endure as a pass catching specialist into his 30s. I don't see us carrying 5 RBs

biggie.
History shows Belichick's preference for big bruiser backs: Antowain Smith, Corey Dillon, Laurence Maroney, LeGarrette Blount. Edited May 1, 2021 by biggie.
SBLIII
Stevenson only has 167 rushing attempts in college. Like this. Not a fan of drafting workhorses in college. Averaged over 4.5 yards after contact, too. Probably not a game breaker but if he moves the chains and pushes ball over the goal line this could be a great pick. Not a fan of early round RBs but 3rd and 4th round is the sweet spot.

Soko
Don’t know much about him. Alleged strengths are power, pass blocking, and adequate hands. Don’t see the issue with it, given what Sony brings to the table at this point. If the team’s content with going with Cam all year, having a stable isn’t the worst thing. PatriotsWin!
Warming up to this pick. The comparisons to Blount are encouraging, could definitely use that kind of power/wiggle combo on short yardage. And apparently he's a great pass blocker so huge bonus.

1ForTheThumb
^ beast. He is nimble for a bigger guy. Originally, I thought he was going to get the typical BB rookie RB red-shirt. It's now looking like he may have an actual role this year.
biggie.
Stevenson will likely be in a short yardage and closer role. His ability to keep moving forward is unbelievable.
