Rapoport :

The #Bears will be releasing LT Charles Leno, source said, their starter the last seven seasons. A surprise move. Chicago drafted OK St’s Teven Jenkins in the second round and plans to play him on the left side. Leno now available for LT-needy teams.

Justin Fields says hi

This was a move made to benefit Fields.  Charles is a league avg starting LT and doesnt miss snaps.  But Jenkins is a mean, nasty dog, who takes his QB getting hit personally.

The colts should absolutely bring in Chuck though.  With Nelson already there, they can work together to keep Carsons blindside clean.

This one is bad, but nothing compares to when Keyshawn Johnson was on ESPN covering the draft even though he was playing for Carolina. They draft Dwayne Jarrett in the 2nd, and Keyshawn interviews him, telling him how excited he is to mentor the young fella. Keyshawn gets cut like 3 days later. Jarrett was his replacement, not his protege.

Mike Glennon hosted the Bears official draft party and the Bears traded up for Trubisky.
