Tebow more than anything bought into Urban and his ideology. And now it's being transposed to a NFL locker room. I don't think TE5 is actually more valuable in this case. Long term, I don't see him making the roster. But this screams short-term play. I can't think of many short-term plays that would yield as much potential as this move could. They are actively trying to break out (just look at the effort in the UK). Media & attention is very good. How much social media has this already sparked? How many NFL shows have discussed this? This type of marketing isn't something a regular schmuck TE with little change to make the roster could bring. The NFL, and each Club specifically, is a business. We've seen a lot of older CBs make the transition successfully. Kazee is likely to start off on the PUP list, so we'd likely need someone to fill in while he's out.
