A lot of good candidates. I'll go with Quin Snyder though.

Someone with some sense. A lot of people had us being a fringe playoff team coming into the year.

Snyder has done an incredible job for us this season. During the bubble/time off he made a ton of adjustments and we went from having the 26th highest pace in the league to the 15th highest this year. We also led the league in 3PM and points per game this year and were only a few shots away from being the first NBA team in history to average 40+ 3PA while shooting 40%+ from beyond the arc.

We also improved from 9th in offensive efficiency/11th in defensive efficiency to 3rd in both categories this season. And we're only one of a handful of teams in NBA history to be top 3 in both categories. With our 9.0 net rating being the best of any team in the league since the 2016-2017 Warriors.

Yeah, and they've done it all year. The Knicks fell in the standings at some points, but now they're looking good. The Jazz have been consistently at the top.

I'd say expectations weren't very high for us coming into the year either. Especially after Gobert's covid foolery, the 1st round exit, and the rumors about guys being unhappy in the locker room. We never quite put it together last season but it has been night and day this year. Snyder deserves a ton of credit.
