Hope everything works out for him and his family. Yeah. Especially concerning, when it's stepping away before even really getting started in a new role like this. Clearly something has changed. He obviously wasn't taking the new job, intending or expecting not to actually spend the season doing it. So that's not great. Hopefully whatever is going on works out for him.
