AD was getting to the free throw line a lot. He had 14 and 21 attempts in those two games he scored 30+. Not sure how many of the buckets he got on Ayton, but I bet its less than you think. Apparently Bob Pettit is the only other one to win it with a losing record. That was the first MVP award ever.
