Bucs Rookie CB Cameron Kinley Denied Permission by US Navy to Play. - Overturned and he signs

Being in the Navy for 8 years I can say first hand... this is a typical Navy decision ūü§£

So dumb

Let the guy follow his dream and if it doesn't work out he's still locked in for 6 years. If it does then he just buys out his contract.

Especially when the last couple prospects who have been in his position, the Navy literally did the exact opposite of what they're doing now and let those guys pursue the football avenue until that door closed.

Seems odd they went against their own grain and on top of that, offered him no explanation on the decision.

Amazing what the power of the media and the court of public opinion can accomplish now a days. Good on the Navy for seeing their mistake and correcting it. They really had no basis to deny his original request.
