y*so*blu
He earned his place in history with that remarkable 2000 season and the 41-0 win over the Vikings. (As a Minnesotan, it crushed me.) RIP, coach.
Go_Giants
Very sad to hear this, I am surprised he never got a chance to be a head coach for another team. Am some what disappointed his son has not been given a chance to be a head coach or even an offensive coordinator in the NFL.
Giants4eva
He was a great man. Can still remember an interview with him the year they headed to the Super Bowl and him saying "people in this city love their teams" (NY).. Things he said and things he did with the players i really had a lot of respect for him. Its a shame he's gone, really is. We all can remember him to this day saying " IM GOING ALL IN, IM PUTTING MY CHIPS TO THE CENTER THE TABLE, THIS TEAM IS GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS!" ... Loved that.
