I prefer grabbing a couple of trench guys (edges, OL, DL) in rounds 1 and 2 and as you said this wr class is deep and take advantage of it in round 3.

WR class being deep has nothing to do with why we need to take one at 33. Those guys mentioned have a legit shot at being an alpha/#1 type that we have desperately needed for a while. Waiting until round 3 or after isn’t likely satisfying that.

Sign Arob. There's your alpha.

All I gotta say is u can find true alpha wrs anywhere in the draft.

U can find them in round 5(Antonio brown, diggs, Tyreek hill).

Round 7(colston)

Round 3(Keenan Allen, Maclaurin, cooper kupp).

You just got to know the traits.

ARob and his production fell off a cliff last year. He’s had to work with bad QB play his whole career and just had the worst season of his career. If our plan to help Trevor is just to sign ARob and nab a mid round receiver (hoping we somehow strike gold on a guy that got overlooked and fell that far) then that’s a terrible plan.

Just put him through one of the worst supporting casts a highly drafted rookie QB has been put through. Get him all the weapons he needs and then add more to it. We literally saw what Cincy did for Burrow right in front of our eyes with the drafting of Higgins at the top of round 2 and Chase with a top 5 pick last year.

Sign ARob, sign/draft a TE, draft a receiver in round 2, draft/sign another RB with JRob/ETN coming off injuries. Hell, bring back Chark as well.

If Shenault isn’t WR5 come training camp then we failed. Load it up with weapons and protection.

if it was that simple then you wouldn't see those WRs you listed going where they have gone when many lesser WRs have gone in the top 40

the you can find good players at so and so position later in the draft argument can be used about basically every position other than QB
