called it! made no sense for us not to be linked to him. Much needed youth, shooting, and can create his own shot. His best basketball is ahead of him, and getting open looks with make the game easier...  I feel so much better about the team with Monk and Melo

They should’ve cut their losses IMO they didn’t even trade that much for him. You’re not getting back to the Finals with the oldest PG in the league. Booker and Ayton aren’t Shaq and Kobe. Could’ve tried to do some cap work and get a younger PG

Yeah Monk will probably be the piece that puts them over the top tbh.
