Monk is a great signing...if he proves last season wasn't a fluke.

Always be wary of contract year jumps.

2020: 10.3 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 2.4 apg on 43/28/82 splits

2021: 11.7 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 2.1 apg on 43/40/82 splits

3P shooting definitely improved but he only played like half the season.

Tough the Nets lost Uncle Jeff but I do love them keeping Griffin and Brown then adding Mills. Hopefully they can go after Redick since he wanted to be closer to home this past season but was shipped to I think Dallas. Having him and Mills would give the Nets vet shooters in the playoffs where they won’t choke under pressure like Harris did against the Bucks because he was not experienced on that bigger stage.

They should’ve cut their losses IMO they didn’t even trade that much for him. You’re not getting back to the Finals with the oldest PG in the league. Booker and Ayton aren’t Shaq and Kobe. Could’ve tried to do some cap work and get a younger PG

The Suns hadn't made the playoffs in a decade before Paul got there and there weren't any great young PG's on the market, lol.

Lol it’s wild how quickly you turned on Presti. A week ago he was the best GM in the league lmao

He’s always been trash. He got lucky drafting KD, Russ, and Harden back to back. I don’t think anyone other than the delusional OKC fans are debating that. After that though, he’s whiffed pretty much everything trying to recreate the 2000 Spurs in OKC shoving a square peg on a round hole but never gets put on the hot seat.

like 80M was too much for James harden so we had to trade him for Steven Adams and give Steven Adams 100M. What are you doing? He paid Kyle Singler 25M for 5 years during KD’s prime to just warm up the bench. His biggest free agent pickup was Anthony Morrow. Yea he won the Paul George trade but we never won a playoff series so who really cares about winning the trade? Pavers seem better off tbh. But the dude just keeps getting praise from all these nerds online and in the media. It got to the point where Kevin Durant had to make burner accounts just to tell the world that no, Sam Presti is trash and  didn’t get him or Russ any help. We had a 13% 3pt shooter Roberson with the green light to fire up corner 3s. We play a Perkins 25 minutes per game in the finals if we don’t do that we win. Our coaches are always trash though our new one seems decent.

sam Presti is one of the worst GM’s in the league. Needs to get fired ASAP

Weren’t you legitimately calling him the best GM in the league like two weeks ago?

I don’t think a lot of Thunder fans or people in general realize that KD, Russ, and Harden was a one time deal. We’re not going to get that chance again just because we got fifty future protected first round picks. This is why you gotta pay the damn tax. We just a tanked a whole year for Josh Giddey. Josh Giddey.

I probably just  said he’s one of the best drafters because his track record supports that. Look, he put us in a really good spot with all these picks. But after he drafted Josh Giddey it’s a wrap. Can him and move on

His track record has been absolute dog ish since he drafted Westbrook and Ibaka, lol.
