Does not look good for Memphis right now

Yeah, an overpay. I'll be fine with it if we end up with Bouknight.

Also could look better next year if the Lakers end up picking in the middle of the 1st or if that 1st turns out to be the last asset needed in a future trade for a good player.

Package #10 and a veteran of Golden State's choosing to move up to #7. OKC wouldn't really want any of our veterans, so moving up to #6 would cost significantly more.

I could see OKC moving down for Allen, #10, and the Lakers or Jazz pick, whichever is better in 2022.

Pelicans got the best player in the deal lol

People ishing on Jonas but he's been a starter on a playoff team like every year of his career, lol.

There was no really good players in that trade

Would easily be the best big on the Cavs 😂but anyways

Pelicans got best player in the deal, dumped two bad contracts, and only moved back 7 spots and gave up a 2nd and pick next year between 20-30.

The Pelicans got Jonas at $14M for next season and the Cavaliers are about to give Jarrett Allen $25M APY, lol.

lol at Shannon asking him if it would be difficult to play with LeBron and AD. Like man, I've been running with Keldon Johnson and Jakob Poeltl for the last 2 seasons, lol.

The only way DeRozan to the Lakers would work would be if he took a significant pay cut, MLE ($7M?) or if it was a S&T? @CWood21 @Leader @TheRealMcCoy

Kuzma + Harrell for DeRozan on a 2 yr/$45M deal?

Correct.  But I'm of the belief that DeRozan won't be a Laker.

Connor Letourneau: Bob Myers confirmed that it’s likely at the moment that the Warriors will keep both lottery picks, but reiterated that things can change.

So weird to have such a short time in between the finals and the draft/free agency.

The NBA was the one who was pushing for the accelerated schedule.  Blame them.
