That seems to jive with the exhibition usage and with the more recent camp usage reports. I admit it would be kinda fun to have three young guys taking all three spots. Might not necessarily be super fun if they are making recurring goofups. But it's a long season, and the Packers are targeting playoff involvement. So playoffs are like 19 games away. Lots of snaps during which Runyan, Myers, and Newman will have challenges and opportunities to gain experience. They can make some goofups early in the season, but that doesn't mean they'll need to still be making "inexperience" errors in January. Pretty safe to say that neither Runyan or Newman will make it to the PS, and keeping Hanson to be backup C only while cutting Patrick makes no sense. Leader Posted August 26, 2021 Share Posted August 26, 2021 Matt Schneidman - Aaron Rodgers just chewed someone out, and it sure seemed to be rookie C Josh Myers after he didn’t snap the ball when he was supposed to.
