Browns re-did his contract to make it easier to claim him. We would be paying him the vet minimum this year which is as good as it gets basically and could cut him with no dead cap next year if we want. He probably is selfish and idk if he would like playing here in an offense that isn’t gonna support a high volume receiver. There is some downside to bringing him in if he’s not gonna buy in even if you are paying him pennies this year, but the reward is def higher than the risk now that that he doesn’t really cost you anything this year.
