The form is there and I think his 3 pt shot will come around, he just needs another 10000 reps. i don’t know if he’s that switchable on the perimeter even with his length. there are plenty of nba wings who are big, long, athletic, and skilled enough to shake him if he’s isolated on them

Texansfan713
If he declares Banchero, Smith, Holmgren, Sharpe and Ivey is a damn good top 5 in this draft.

After workouts/the combine, I give it a less than 20% chance that AJ Griffin falls out of the top 5. Chet Holmgren has a higher chance of not going top 5 than Griffin, IMO.

This is a deep top tier of talent. Some players are going to slip.
Texansfan713
TBH I only see 5 elite players assuming Sharpe enters and a question mark (Griffin), then its the "best of the rest". Still too early to judge though.

I feel like Paolo is what he is but we don't know AJ's ceiling yet. Paolo is like a better Jabari Parker, AJ can be Jimmy Butler with a jumper. Texansfan713
I like Griffin as a prospect but I cant get jiggy with taking him over Chet at 3.

AJ Griffin is the prototypical NBA wing, he started the season slow due to a knee injury but he'll be a top 5 pick when it's all said and done.
