No. But there have been rumors circulating since 2019 that the league was planning to change the minimum draft age from 19 to 18 starting in 2022. We should find out about that in the next couple of months. When Emoni committed to Memphis his dad said on social media that the plan is to enter the 2022 draft. So I'm assuming that means that they believe the rule will change or that they will be granted a waiver considering his birthday is off by like 3 weeks.
