just realized you have kendall brown 4 in your latest mock.  thoughts on him @NYRaider?

Very athletic, versatile, and defends the ball at a very high level. Reminds me of DeAndre Hunter as a prospect a couple of years ago coming out of UVA. He'll be good in the NBA but his ability to create off the bounce and hit 3's consistently will determine if he's a high end role player or an All-Star.

Ringer Article on Chet

Good article by Tjarks about Chet. The piece outlines that Chet isn't the focal point of his team, but how that gives him an example to show off his other skills. Hyper efficient shooter, hyper efficient shot blocker, good passer. A team will have to go on pure potential with his offensive game. His 3 point shot isn't there yet, he doesn't create his own offense, he hasn't proven to be able to carry an offense for long stretches. He's an interesting prospect. I really like the 3 bigs at the top of this class.

I'd assume that Evan Mobley's success this year will definitely help Chet's draft stock. Mobley was viewed as more of an upside guy that might struggle out of the gate but he has been a key part of turning the Cavaliers around this year.

Does Emoni Bates even go in the first round in 2023?

Cam Reddish was a lottery pick despite being terrible at Duke. Ziaire Williams was a lottery pick last year despite being terrible at Stanford. The NBA draft is about potential and projection, not what a player currently is rather what you think they can become down the line.

Emoni and his camp have just made some terrible decisions that have stunted his development. The first misstep was pulling out of HS/AAU ball to play for his dad's fake HS team. Followed by reclassifying despite not being draft eligible to play at Memphis under Penny Hardaway. His best bet will be to leave Memphis after this season, play in the G-League, get out of the limelight and just go to work.

I think Cam Reddish is a fairly accurate comparison for him.
