Which Teams Will Be the Big Movers on Offense and Defense?

Vikings Defense should move up noticeably. Significantly upgraded every level and added depth.

DL:

Out: Jaylen Holmes,  Jaleel Johnson, Shemar Stephen, and Ifeadi Odenigbo  In:  Danielle Hunter, Micheal Pierce, Dalvin Tomlinson, and Sheldon Richardson.

LB:

Return Anthony Barr (missed 14 games) and Eric Kendricks (missed 6 games).

DB: Lost Anthony Harris at S and Gladney (Suspension/Cut), but added Xavier Woods, Patrick Patterson, Bashaud Breeland, and Mac Alexander.

With over 20 draft picks in the last two years the team has some young talent.  And after a disappointing 2020, Mike Zimmer will be motivated to put the defense back in the top 10

I'm really curious how much NE can improve on offense with Cam at 100% and being able to get/stay in sync with the offense along with our revamped receiver unit.

The offense will be around average this year, I think

The defense will be top-5, though.

That secondary is going to be atrocious. I like your pieces on offense though.

Scheme should help. Pass rush and linebackers should be able to carry the secondary. Maye and Joyner are both above average Safeties. Hall showed promise last year. Those other 2 Corner spots tho, yeah it might get ugly lol.

I think Cleveland defense, Viking defense, Dallas defense, Jacksonville offense will all improve markedly.

Washington offense, New England offense, SF offense, Tennesse defense and Atlanta defense will improve by 5-10 spots

obviously there will be some regressions to balance this out

Vikes defense will be vastly better just with the return of injured players Hunter, Pierce, Barr and Kendricks. Hopefully having some veterans CBs back there in Peterson and Breeland will make a huge difference. Interior DL looks much better on paper with Pierce, Tomlinson and Richardson.

Rams offense and Vikings defense are the easy ones to call. Both McVay and Zimmer have had top 10 units all but one year, and with the Rams, our offense will jump back into the top 5

That's reasonable although top 5 might be a tad too optimistic. Definitely top 10 though

Bengals defense was horrid last year.  With the team spending a quarter billion dollars in free agency the last two off-seasons, mostly on defense, I hope they can jump to the mid teens.  Of the guys they signed last year, Bell played the whole season, Reader played 6 games, and Waynes never played.  This year, they added Hendrickson, Awuzie, Hilton and Rico Allen.

If the oline ever improves, the offense will jump up.  We have the skill positions mostly covered (we lack a top end TE), but the line is a work in progress.
