It appears that the Chiefs are attracting attention with their four TEs. I think it was Brett Veach who said that teams were inquiring about the Chiefs TEs. It's one reason why they did not try to slip one onto PS. This article does a film study of the group, including the 14 play (1 RB, 4 TE) play in the final preseason game.

The news of the day is that Bieniemy is a leading candidate for the head coaching job at Southern Cal. This is one of many articles.

For his sake, I hope he gets an offer, but it's unclear if he would accept it. USC is one of a small list of schools that might have appeal, but the program is in such disarray that it's possible he would not. We'll see. 

Update: Bieniemy says that he is where his feet are, ie in KC. The implication is that nothing is going to happen before the offseason.

We want him to get an NFL gig so we can get that comp draft pick.
