DT Jurrell Casey retires

Vastly underrated player, could collapse the inside of a pocket and was relentless on stunts up front; If you saw him criss crossing with a DE on the snap of the ball, you could be assured he was going to make a play.

one of my favorite titans ever and one of the bright spots that helped lift us out of the disaster whisenhunt years. his short-area quickness, burst, and flexibility were otherworldly for a 3 tech. it's unfortunate that he and the team left on not-so-great terms and i hope we welcome him back with open arms in retirement. happy trails and congrats on an excellent career to the big guy.

Quite unlucky he played in the same era as JJ Watt, Donald and Geno Atkins. Would have gotten a lot more recognition if it wasn't for them.

I think the thing that got him the most was being on a bad team for most of his career.  Titans are a small market team, so good players get less attention here, and he had little help most of the time.

My all time favorite player.  Sad to see him retire, I thought he had at least a couple more seasons in him.  Not like he was bad the last time he played or anything.
