Deciding the Dominant Defense Challenge: 2021 Season

This one isn't our most popular contest in an offensive-minded league but I enjoy doing it and will offer to run it again this year.

Objective: Pick a defense each week who you think will give up the fewest yards against the opposing offense. Pretty straight forward.

Rules:

1. Cannot pick the same defense twice.
2. Failure to pick in a given week will result in the highest yardage being awarded. Doesn't matter if you've selected that team previously.
3. Selections must be made prior to kick off of the game you're choosing.
4. If you're changing a pick please quote your previous pick and make your new one.
5. Have fun!

If I've forgotten anything from years past let me know.

I had them in the Survivor game, but also took Lawrence in the 5k.

I don't think Urban is cut out for the NFL and I thought he was a terrible hire at the time. We'll see what happens.

He was a terrible hire and will always be a terrible hire.  He had zero NFL coaching experience, which should be a requirement of hiring any head coaching candidate from college.  It's a different game and environment and they need to know how it works at the pro level.  It's why guys like Barry Switzer and Steve Spurrier didn't work (don't come back at me about Switzer's SB title...that was nothing of his doing, it was riding the coattails of what Jimmy Johnson left).  If you're going to hire a college coach to be your head coach, he better damn well have some NFL coaching experience in his past.

Did Pete Carroll have any experience his first go around?
