You're insufferable. Tony Romo is a gem.

Meh, we need Jay Cutler out there. He will absolutely be indifferent and cutting while pointing out the same schematic things any former quarterback in the league will do for CBS.

I'll take Romo over Collinsworth, Aikmen, etc. every day of the week.

Hot take: Collinsworth is my favorite.

Romo has gems and I like him overall, but he gets excitable and/or too far onboard a narrative instead of focusing on new events. I'm not sure why people dislike Collinsworth. He's still sharp and steady and he lets the game control the action. He has to prop up Michaels a bit now. My top pairing is him and Tirico.

Jay Cutler would spend the entire game taking a smoke break.

I dont get why people like him.

Sure, he shows alot of emotion...but so does a teenage girl.

He's informative about the game in a manner that most can understand. Sure he has his favourites e.g. Mahomes, but most commentators do. He's one of the best commentators of the game.

It also doesn't help that the "NFL Experts" or former players who are commentators are generally absolutely awful or ridiculously biased.
