In this draft scenario, if you draft Evan Neal, are you moving Jedrick Wills to right tackle? Also, Will Levis announced he's going back for at least one more year. Yeah, that would be the plan. I believe he'll be fine at left but could be even better at right, were we to have an white LT to pair with him. 51 minutes ago, simonjr7 said: Also, Will Levis announced he's going back for at least one more year. Bucketheadsdad
Not realistic......as Pickett's charge lasted until Rd 5.

And yeah, there are a few guys in each mock simulator draft board ranked too low. I usual use profootballnetwork and on there Pickens is ranked around 130-150, Austin Stoner TE UDFA, Alec Pierce WR 7th. Probably makes the most sense to just ignore these guys (like Pickett in the 5th) to keep it somewhat realistic. Otherwise, while unlikely, your draft could happen. Have you had problems with that one having a translucent white bar across the bottom of the website? I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make it go away. NudeTayne
Sign: Michael Gallup, WR Walk: Njoku Cut: Hooper post June 1st, Landry Extend: Ward, Clowney With the draft shaping out to have what appears to be three--Ekwonu, Neal, Cross--we see one slip to 13 and trade up, snagging a potential top-5 talent. Conklin is done so we move aggressively to add a starting tackle in the draft. Notes: We are left to only Bryant at TE and need to replenish an integral part of the offensive system. We elect to go with an all-around TE in McBride and also a vertical threat TE/WR hybrid in Billingsley. After this year we may lose Kareem and also Johnson. Both starters have been dinged up. We flip Johnson for a 4th and 7th in the offseason, as he has starter potential and won't be re-signed. Williams is a steal in the fourth round and adds explosion to the backfield. Bonitto adds value in versatility, able to drop into coverage or rush the passer and replaces McKinley, also hedging for Clowney's health. 13. Evan Neal OT Alabama 72. Nik Bonitto EDGE/LB Oklahoma 90. Trey McBride TE Colorado State 104. Kyren Williams RB Notre Dame 108. Jahleel Billingsley TE Alabama 114. Zay Flowers WR Boston College 129. NudeTayne
I could see this one happening. This one is a mix of positional need meets bpa. Garrett and Gallup together is pretty sexy. With drafting Bonito we are afforded the luxury of a Nascar package with Clowney playing since DT. McCreary falls to 68 in a somewhat-deep CB class. As it's an elite position rank, we go with bpa and positional value over reaching for need. DT looks good, though we'll have to see if anyone rises to DT1. We get great value throughout the draft and several potential starters. Muma could outplay his draft position big-time. Shough may be a sleeper. After this draft we are deep at WR, Edge, CB and LB. *slow clap* Sign: Michael Gallup, WR Walk: Njoku, Higgins Cut: Hooper post June 1st, Landry, Conklin IR likely to sit entire season. NudeTayne
Best one yet? 🤔 There were since unexpected free-falls and we were sure to capitalize with BPA throughout. FA: Michael Gallup Extend: Ward, Clowney Cut: Landry, Hooper post June 1st Draft: Trade-down to 22 to pick up a 2nd rounder, then back up to grab a falling Charles Cross (after run on WR early)--OL set for life after Conklin. Another trade-down with pick 45 and a late pick sets us up to package TB's '23 2nd to pick again at the end of the 2nd. Dotson measures small at the combine and makes it to late 2nd. He'll be nice. In a deep safety class, Battle slips to 76 and the middle class get richer. We grab value throughout and fill out important positional groups of weakness. Cleveland Browns 20. Charles Cross OT Mississippi State 53. Jalen Wydermyer TE Texas A&M 59. Jahan Dotson WR Penn State 60. Travon Walker DT Georgia 76. Jordan Battle S Alabama 92. Chad Muma LB Wyoming 124. NudeTayne
In this scenario we go for comp picks. The truth is that nobody is gonna want to sign with us this free agency so no reason to force it. We pick up a few guys after the compensatory period, but that's it. Trade-down then trade-up Trade: conditional '23 3rd that can be a 2nd (based on stats and games played) for Michael Thomas, WR Walk: Clowney--wants $20mil per year. Cut: Hooper post June 1st, Landry buhbye Extend: Ward #1 contract, Njoku mid-level We go from league-worst receiving core to a formidable unit, solidify our front-seven, draft a high-upside QB for the room, as well as bringing in Ford to replace D'Ernest and/or Hunt sooner than later. 31.
