resilient part 2
MP played mostly DE today due to injuries and was really good IMO. J Kearse played well at the LB spot. Is MP a No Brainer as a DE?? Do we put him back to LB if/when everyone is healthy?? Can he hold up as a DE/pass rushing specialist? Texas_OutLaw7
He can. Stay as a passrusher. But let him be a weapon. No real position.

Matts4313
We should use him similar to Jamaal Adams. Technically Adams is a safety, but he plays a lot of the game in the box either taking out RBs/slots or blitzing. WizardHawk
Maybe not permanently, but his value as a pass rusher is pretty obvious. I want to see more before maki g ultimate decision. He was solid today no doubt.

But you must admit, he looked "Von Miller lite" and I think we can really use that..

If nothing else, he put Tank and Randy on notice. Just like Pollard put Zeke on notice.

Nextyearfordaboyz
I would not make him a permanent DE. Let’s not forget, that was a backup RT he was beating up, and he also had some issues with contain. Parsons has potential to be a true Queen on the chessboard, which is rare in the NFL. He can have a bigger impact if you treat him that way.

But they had Bosa going against a former practice squad player..Either way Parson is 2 games into his rookie year and played extremely well at a new position.. I am not sure that can be understated. But I think you aren’t maximizing his potential impact by turning him into a full time DE.

I think his best role is a hybrid OLB/DE.
resilient part 2
I just want him rushing the passer on every 3rd down plays at minimum. Or obvious passing situations. Or if the other team is trailing and needing to pass. He gets in their lightning quick. Hopefully he can make other D-lineman better when teams start focusing on him. buddy_z34
Use him where needed. Line him up as a DE only to have him back out an cover. Or straight blitz him. Line him up at LB an have him blitz or drop out. The possibilities are endless. Confusion is the name of the game. Imagine a 3rd down rush line of Gregory - Osa - DLaw - Parsons
