So I filled in with another glaring need, EDGE. 29. Jermaine Johnson, EDGE, Florida State; Hot, rising commodity 61. Trey McBride, TE, Colorado State; Lead the country in some categories. 93. Dare Rosenthal, OT, Kentucky; some nice assets and habits. 131. Jack Campbell, LB, Iowa; Tackling machine Jermaine is a great Run Defender already, i think Hed start pretty quickly. Wonder if we keep Spagz, because hes got no problem running a LB/DE candidate on the EDGE. Where we go at DC will kinda dictate where this defense goes draft wise id think. I only say it because his contract is up after this season , although he sure does coach like hes tenured.
mayanfootball
Draft for Offense: 29. Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State; 1st.rd. talent 61. Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M; Heir apparent to Kelce? 93. Jaxson Kirkland, OT, Washington; Some Mocks are claiming him to be 1st.rd. material; great measurements but needs to work on strength and grip. 131. Tyler Badie, RB, Missouri; smallish, change of pace RB.

This is a bit of a reach for Raiman, but i love the untapped potential. Clyde has had mixed reviews and keeps getting hurt. 31: OT Bernhard Raimann - Central Michigan 63: WR John Metchie - Alabama 95: EDGE Micheal Clemons - Texas A&M 133: RB Zamir White - Georgia
KCsb
If I were in Veach's shoes I would be keying on defense in the early rounds. It looks like Frank Clark and Anthony Hitchens will be gone, and possibly Matthieu depending on contract money available and Sorenson. We've drafted a couple of very good linebackers in Gay and Bolton the last couple of years, but could use depth here. An edge rusher and corner/safety are also needs. Yes, a #2 wide receiver would be nice, but I would look for this in the mid-rounds in this draft. Will start looking at players available on D and post a mock draft soon. mayanfootball
I've got just the draft for you !! 29. Jermaine Johnson, EDGE, Florida State; 1st rd.talent, terrific against the run 61. Darrian Beavers, LB, Cincinnati; powerful with great length; can cover RB's out of the backfield and TE's down the seam 93. James Cook, RB, Georgia; Huge run against Alabama in the title game; change of pace back 131. Demarcco Hellams, S, Alabama; not the same as 1st. rd. talent Jordan Battle. Can't have enough Georgia and Alabama talent on board !
mayanfootball
32. Jaquan Brisker, S, Penn State; replacement for Mathieu 64. Kyler Gordon, CB, Washington; shore up DB's some more 96. Christian Watson , WR, North Dakota State; big body weapon for Mahomes

kingseanjohn
I did one on TDN. Really not in the mood for scouting though. I'm going to take a break from it. Maybe I'll be back into scouting for these after the Senior Bowl or the combine. Or maybe not. tbd. 30. Jahan Dotson, WR Penn State - We need WRs who can actually run routes and get open consistently. Plus we only have two under contract that aren't just developmental guys. 62. Arnold Ebiketie, DE Penn State - Immediate upgrade to the pass rush. We need it. 94. Marcus Jones, DB Houston - I still think he'd be a near perfect Mathieu replacement assuming his football IQ is where I think it is. 102(?). Sam Williams, DE Ole Miss - I'm just putting our extra 3rd round pick here since it isn't in the system. Saying we need to upgrade the pass rush is like saying we need air to breathe. It was pathetic this year and on paper it's only getting worse. Double dipping DE because we need it. 131. Romeo Doubs, WR Nevada - He has no right falling this far. But since he did, may as well give Mahomes a legit WR corp and not whatever it is we've had recently. 190. Isaac Taylor-Stuart, CB USC - I haven't scouted him, so he may suck. But we need more DB help. 229. Brittain Brown, RB UCLA - Quality depth that could develop into a starter... Not that we consistently run the ball even when it's working for 5.6ypc. 239. Zakoby McClain, LB Auburn - His stats look decent but I haven't watched tape. We need LB depth bad. 247. Zach Tom, OL Wake Forest - He's played LT and C. We need OL depth and he can develop while being the 7th-9th man. I'd be happy with this, assuming Taylor-Stuart's and Tom's tape isn't horrible. We'll have quality depth issues no matter what we do. I absolutely mind Niemann and Sorensen on the field at the same time. I felt it was a bit much leaving Gay and Bolton without any Vets that know the system. I would have liked to bring in a higher quality rookie but too many more important spots to target.
mayanfootball
I'm actually liking CB in the 1st. rd. 30. Kaiir Elam CB, Florida 62. David Bell WR, Purdue 94. Chad Muma LB, Wyoming
onejayhawk
OTC has a new trade system. I traded back for multiple 3rd and 4th round picks. Brisker is one of my target players, but he is not worth #30 IMO. Iwanted more WR but that was not the way the draft fell. 63: R2 P31 S Jaquan Brisker - Penn State 67: R3 P3 EDGE Kingsley Enagbare - South Carolina 76: R3 P12 DL Haskell Garrett - Ohio State 83: R3 P19 OT Tyler Vrabel - Boston College 94: R3 P30 LB Quay Walker - Georgia 95: R3 P31 RB Rachaad White - Arizona State 96: R3 P32 DL Phidarian Mathis - Alabama 121: R4 P19 DL Travis Jones - Connecticut 127: R4 P25 LB DeAngelo Malone - Western Kentucky 132: R4 P30 WR Calvin Austin III - Memphis 133: R4 P31 OT Carter Warren - Pittsburgh

Brisker is absolutely 1st rd. talent. TDN gives him an 85.0 grade. The only player grading higher available to us at #30 is the Ohio State OT.
