Dude get him in KC whatever it takes idc if he’s a below average starter we have a great run blocking OL and need anyone but Clyde back there to round out our offense the kid is  just too small

I actually agree with you. This would make a ton of sense for the Chiefs.

Their GM Chris Ballard learned the ropes in KC too his only other NFL job I think so the relationship is there to get a deal done but I wouldn’t be surprised if our team is still heavily invested in Clyde and the idea of him after spending that first round pick on him. I liked the idea too but now I’ve seen enough. They need to just move on he’s not a bad guy to have in the RB room but I don’t want him starting.

What exactly would the Colts be seeking in return?

He's a RB coming off an Achilles tear.  It isn't like he was super productive before then, just a real solid RB.  1 year left on his deal, so he'll be a free agent.

No way a team gives up anything higher than a 5th, and even then.

Squeezing a 5th or 6th for a guy coming off a significant ankle injury and with no real PT? That's a W for the Colts.

Ballard spent a decade with the Bears as a scout before joining the Chiefs.
