Honestly for 2022 maybe we go 4-13 and draft a top tier QB prospect. But it might be a very short rebuild and maybe we make the playoffs in 2023. We have a good secondary for once. Keep Yannick/Maxx. Keep Waller/Ruggs/Renfrow. If we spend 2022 and 2023 off seasons on rebuilding the OL and finally addressing the LB corps, we could absolutely be in the playoffs in 2023. All depends who Mark hires. Keeping Mayock is risky. We know most was Jon, but we have no idea if Mayock is a good GM or not. We need experience in a BIG way. And were the pictures of the cheerleaders taken in their locker room? If that’s the case Gruden needs to be fired asap and even criminal charges.
