17 Game Season, Why not have the 17th game be an international game for everyone?

Hear me out here, with people worrying about competitive advantage and different things, having everyone play an international game every year just makes sense. And with Germany having 3 finalist cities that want to host a game and London already hosting 3, and Mexico already hosting one, there's really just 9 more games that homes would need to be found for in this international series. So why not do it to where every team has 8 home, 8 away, and one neutral site international? And why not do it to where it's always an AFC vs. NFC matchup in that city with the following pairings every year (regardless of who the 17th game is. Giving continuity is helpful and honestly, some of these pairings are straight random)

Example Slate:

Mexico City, Mexico at Estadio Azteca: Las Vegas Raiders vs. Arizona Cardinals

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil at Estadio de Maracana: Denver Broncos vs. Los Angeles Rams

London, England at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium: Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Atlanta Falcons

London, England at Wembley Stadium: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles

London, England at Twickenham Stadium: New England Patriots vs. New York Giants

Dublin, Ireland at Croke Park: Washington vs. Baltimore Ravens

Cardiff, Wales at Millenium Stadium: Chicago Bears vs. Indianapolis Colts

Dusseldorf, Germany at Murkur-Spiel Arena: Carolina Panthers vs. Tennessee Titans

Frankfurt, Germany at Commerzbank-Arena: Cleveland Browns vs. New Orleans Saints

Munich, Germany at Allianz Arena: New York Jets vs. San Francisco 49ers

Barcelona, Spain at Camp Nou: Houston Texans vs. Green Bay Packers

Johannesburg, South Africa at FNB Stadium: Cincinnati Bengals vs. Minnesota Vikings

Montreal, Canada at Olympic Stadium: Los Angeles Chargers vs. Dallas Cowboys

Vancouver, Canada at BC Place: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Seattle Seahawks

Toronto, Canada at Rogers Centre: Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions

Havana, Cuba at Estadio Latinoamericano: Miami Dolphins vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Good idea but agreed that some sort of extra bye week probably should be in order with regards to jetlag and climate changes (hf going to Brazil/South Africa and then play again in next week in a place like Lambeau Field). Another point of contention could be when teams are in a close playoff race. Having those games start around the same time is cool but might be hard to do if timezones are in effect.

Someone floated this (17th game international) in the Cowboys forum like a decade ago and I have been pushing it as the best solution since then. Additionally, every team should get an extra bye week before the game.

To make it even more interesting you could make this the thursday night game each week to allow for extra travel time, but then you have to worry about timezones which likely negates the benefit. The TNF starting at 6PM in London would be a noon CST kickoff. That said, this would be more a move for the international crowd than the US.
