Yeah, I agree. This whole 'One Man Army' shtick he has going where he thinks he can make it work with just any assistant obviously hasn't worked. I've never seen so much turnover within the staff on a yearly basis as we've seen with Flores. That is concerning. Not only that but his staff is extremely inexperienced at very important position/roles.

It definitely seems like a part of the issue is the lack of connections he has. Not that every hire in the league has to do with prior connections but the fact that he's only ever been with NE probably plays a part in having trouble attracting good/experience candidates.
