Bet double or nothing on Buff. best team in Football? Then they play no defense, Fine. Still had the game. Return a kickoff for the game winning TD right, Nope. Penalty. So what, 3 mins to Go, march down the field easy right???? Tenn can't stop Buff. Easy FG at worst, game winning TD at best right??? Nope. they get to the 3 yd line. they try a QB sneak on 4th a half yd.. And they can't get a half YD???? game over.. ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME???? This is after losing a chance for 29000 (started out betting 500) win every game but Sam Fing Darnold collapses a chokes away a big 2nd half lead. The other week before KC goes in for the game winning FG, they try to run one more time. and then the stupid Running back fumbles the game away. started out betting 500 as well and had 12000 just about won. I haven't lost a single game in a NON freak way all year, not one. It takes a complete utter collapse and brain fart just for me to lose. $12,000 + 29,000 + 6000 lost in earnings because of these three games.. It is ******* Madness.. Okay, let me enlighten you a bit. The games you won or lost in a "non-freak" way we're mostly on Sundays, is this correct? And the "freak" inexplicable play calling losses are mostly on Sunday or Monday nights? That is because the house knows they are the only games on at that time. Anyone that bets is going to get THAT game. You see on Sundays there are so many games it would be impossible to control them all. But 1 game??? 1 game that they KNOW everyone is betting??? Well, why not control that game so the outcome favors the house? Look, if you win big Sunday, the gambling mind doesn't know when to quit, feels like they are on a streak, will go double up on the "sure thing" right? Wrong, as you just found out. Conversely, the guy who took a beating on Sunday afternoon had the impression it is an opportunity to break even. So they bet the "sure thing." Again, the house KNOWS everyone is betting this game for 1 reason or another, so they see where the weight is (all the money bet on 1 team) and, wouldn't you know it, some fantastic, inexplicable, unforeseen series of events occurs and you are left saying, well, pretty much what you wrote, but the bottom line, the house has your money. Im not a gambler, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but theres a reason they say parlays are for suckers. YOu might as well be burning your money, you are never going to win that. "It sounds like Football" happens YES, But I play the Odds. 1st loss, last second FG misses happen, but fumble the ball away while already in good FG range happens who often? ODDs are heavy in my favor. 2nd loss - how often does a QB throw 3 picks and a team get a punt blocked with a few minutes to Go all while having a 2 or 3 score lead?? Happens of course, but again long shot odds. 3rd Buffalo going for a QB sneak from 1/2 yd away on the 3 1YD line. Allen has been 13 of 14 on 4th and 1 in his career. Buff/Allen needed a 1/2 yd. Doesn't get it. If just one of these "freak shets" happened, it's football. But my only 3 loses all year, with the Odds heavy in my favor is just ridiculous. Each time I put up 500 (except 1000 2x on just Dallas and won) but in 3 weeks total out of pocket loss is 1500. But it's 48,000 of net gain, on stuff that on most occasions, was heavy in my favor. the fact that it happened 3 out of 3 times is extremely rare, yet it happened to me all 3 times. I never ever bet what I can't afford to lose. but to be so so close and inches from victory in some cases, only to lose 3 separate times for 6000, 12,000, and 29000 is frustrating as hell.
