being a key contributor on a championship team will do a lot for your legacy, whether its warranted or not

Yet Tony Parker did that how many times and wasn’t included. AD does it once, in a weird *** season, yet gets propelled. Remember even a few years ago he was compared to Giannis. Yeah, it’s never really been close.

Klay Thompson didn't make it and was a key contributor for the best dynasty in modern NBA history.

That’s true most years but he’s got banged up a lot already this year and he’s played through everything. He got his finger snapped back at the end of one half and came back minutes into the second half with a cast on the finger. He went into games while sick. Only game he didn’t really play was Portland when they pulled him after 7 minutes

He had to go throw up in the 3rd quarter of the game after against the Hornets too.

He said he was making it a point to play through everything he can and recognized what other people were saying about him missing games basically. His toughness hasn’t been the issue this year. I’ve questioned his effort in some games, but he’s still been playing at a high level.

AD has to stop hitting the ground so damn much.

Props to the 76ers. They came out and played with great energy and their starting backcourt really attacked the rim, which created their entire Offense. Tobias Harris would be so good with Jokic, man.

I've never heard of Charles Bassey, but he was excellent in his minutes, especially on D vs Jokic. Drummond got absolutely cooked so props to Doc for having the balls to get Bassey out there for more minutes in the 2nd half.

The Nuggets were just awful, sans the usual of Jokic (and Barton in the first half). The bench is just brutal. Bones managed to hide it for a few games, but with him taking a rookie step back these last 2 games, the bench have reared their ugly head again.

I’ve seen a lot people bring that up on but was it really that bad? I didn’t know it that was that widespread especially to the point where it’d impact his overall perception.

Compared to what we've seen from some guys recently, not really. He was a headcase and generally not as good as his stats though. His numbers from 12-19 are 16-12 on 59% FG but there's a reason he played for 6 different teams during that span.
