You don't need DirecTV to get Sunday ticket. I purchase it every year standalone. Student discount too.

Not everybody is eligible for that though. Just typed in my address and it’s not eligible. It used to be only available to people who can’t get the directtv satellite dish.  They’ve always been crooks because they know once they lose that deal, their company becomes extinct.

Go to the student directv website. You are eligible with a student email and it’s like $100. You’re thinking of the rural program.

Last time I wasnt able to use my info with my nephew's email.

I used my nephews school info and MY email and it worked for me. School info is just the School, name, and birthdate. Has to be someone currently enrolled or enrolled within 18 months I think. Got Sunday Ticket max for 100 and gamepass for 50.

That said, the Nfl needs to find another way. Not everyone has school ID access or Direct Tv.

Nobody wants to bother with overpriced packages like Sunday Ticket. Every football game should be available to view for any fan who wants to see it, on legitimate streaming services that are easy to use. It's long past time for that. They aren't charging fans in the New York media market to watch Giants games on TV (and if they did, there would be riots) so why charge fans outside of that market? Greed?
