Pretty sure Vandemeer and the Texans' media team are going to sell us on the Davis Mills statline as some sort of "we're building something here..." narrative.

This game was over shortly after the coin toss. Rams could have hung up 100 if they felt.

...and right on cue, Sean Pendergast and Clint Stoerner are saying "...well, once Davis Mills started throwing it down field, things started to work..."

This team really thinks its fanbase is stupid.

Right???  Clearly the Rams took their foot off the gas and just tried to get out of town with no more injuries

That's what they're banking on - a weak glimmer of hope, this belief that Davis Mills is "the answer" while conveniently forgetting he's playing 3rd stringers.

Meanwhile, Caserio trades away picks and bloats next years' cap with stupid decisions, to the point to where the only infusion of talent is a few early picks (because all of those mid to late round picks were traded for guys who were eventually cut).

But hey, Davis Mills blew up a bunch of XFL-level guys in a 38-0 game - we're building towards something!

I still remember the years we earned the #1 draft picks (2006, 2013), but I don't remember us ever being this bad. I'm glad we got a win already because we could easily lose 16 straight.

'06 and '13 were better than this, this team would probably lose to David Carr and Jabar Gaffney...

Culley said in “that situation, those guys out there playing didn’t know who was out there and who is not playing, or if it’s the first team or the second team.
