Flounch
So if OBJ gets cut, he's still cannot chose a team to play for. He has to pass the waiver... And what about his salary ?

Yes at 15m i don't think a team will claim him.
Derptacular
there are a limited number of teams who could claim him right now with his salary. the rest of his contract isn't guaranteed, though.
Flounch
Could he refuse to play for a team that claimed him ?

Hunter2_1
He’s got to clear waivers, then there’s only a limited number of teams who could take on his salary, then apparently it has to be ‘the right team for OBJ’, then you consider that the league is very well stacked with WR talent.:.. have you considered a career change, Odell? Or a slight change in approach…?
EvilenFroggen
I haven’t held this guy in any sort of esteem since the Josh Norman game, and all he’s done since is affirm my opinion. Now he doesn’t even have the on field product to justify the personality issues.
43M
OBJ needs to realize his star isnt nearly as bright as it used to be. Im sure some team will be happy to take a chance on him, but he isnt a top 5, top 10 or ever top 20 guy right now. He isnt on every teams radar, and he doesnt have the leverage he once had. Odell drops are something he himself needs takes responsibility for but dude would also drop balls in NY too but it didn’t really matter all that match up because he made it up for it tenfold with his playmaking. Or maybe, just maybe as Aditi pointed out here.... "The Browns run a rhythm and timing offense that requires the QB to put the ball in a specific spot at a specific time...what if OBJ is just not in the right spots where he should be at the right time. Which is why he looks wide open a lot, but thats not where the play is designed to be or where he should be." Essentially OBJ freelancing and not running the correct routes and not being in the spots he should be when Baker is in his 1-2-3 OUT dropbacks.
