They need better run blocking and scheme more than a better RB, IMO. If none of the RBs are productive, it goes beyond that position. Regardless of production, they do need to run more, though. Buffalo is getting into KC territory where they've overadjusted to the modern pass happy league. Allen is not far from having the most carries on that team, and between pass attempts, sacks, and runs, he's on pace for like 800 plays going through him, which is absurd. He's on pace for 660 pass attempts and 125 rushes. That's the Derrick Henry, it's a miracle if he somehow doesn't die by season's end, kind of workload, but at QB. Didn't see it, but you can be the first to touch if you re-establish yourself first. If there was ample time, and they made a concerted effort to get back in bounds ASAP, it isn't illegal. Like, if a receiver gets jammed off the line and steps out, but then steps back in right away, runs 30 yards downfield, and catches a pass, that's fine.
