I'm saying if LeBron sucks then Favre certainly sucks. Although when adjusting stats they are likely equal on an all-time scale so take that for what it is.

Well, I say you’re trolling. You can’t say LeBron sucks and be taken seriously. You can say he’s not the GOAT (I don’t think he is either) like some say he is, but you can’t say he sucks and pretend to know what you’re talking about.

I think Marvin Harrison/Reggie Wayne/Dallas Clark are better than what Mahomes has

Skill positions, sure.

I was speaking in regards to team success.  This is the first year Mahomes team kinda compares to the teams Manning had early in his career (terrible OL and defense, but good at skill positions).

But Mahomes has always had a bad OL and defense, particularly his MVP year that Defense was putrid. The OL slowly declined but is actually playing rather well this year now that theyve got some experience together

so yeah still dont really know what youre talking about

Manning had years he put up huge numbers and carried the defense,  but his team got beat in the playoffs due to the defense stinking...just like the 2018 Chiefs.

Both years they went to the SB, the Chiefs had top 10 scoring defenses.

And no, Mahomes OL and defense weren't as bad as Mannings were most years early in his career....and again, todays NFL coddles offenses and QBs specifically much more than early in Mannings career.

2019 and 2020 defenses weren't terrible. Still doesn't explain why Mahomes suddenly looks average.

Scoring defense ill give you, but in actual playoff games the defense actually only played well in key moments, constantly putting the offense into disadvantageous situations in 2019. 2020 they actually did well, but fell apart in the actual SB

the Defense was historically bad in 2018, but hey you do you buddy! The OL had some talent, Schwartz particularly, so ill give you that one

The OL was good with with MS and EF. This year it does look like the interior is really good where as the tackles are really struggling especially Orlando Brown. He hasn't lived up to the hype.

Oh that’s on Mahomes, and Reids playcalling. Several times guys are getting open 15+ yards downfield, and Mahomes is instead chucking it 60 yards deep to a double covered Hardman. His accuracy has been way off, his footwork is even sloppier than usual, and he plays hero ball and fails to often.

Reid just cant commit to the run, like always, even though his handpicked GM gave him all the tools to use it. He immediately goes away from it for series at a time even when its working initially, then tries use it on 3rd and 1, when defenses can key in on it and it predictably gets blown up.

His routes are garbage honestly, lots of button hooks, lots of deep routes into quarters coverage. It honestly looks like laziness, its been an issue for quite a while now. Yeah hes got good gimmicks, triple reverse, shovel passes, but once teams key in on em and arent so worried about getting burned deep then they Reid just looks foolish.

Its not just that either, Sb Fatigue, Mahomes is still young and quarterbacking isnt as easy as he made it look, guys are dropping the ball or fumbling at an alarming rate, the revamped OL still isnt great, and the Defense really isnt that good either despite recent weeks performance

Brown does not have the feet to keep up with Mahomes, and were once again down to our 3rd RT Wylie.

I felt they did pretty well yesterday though.

Paging all the "Derrick Henry 4 MVP" folks

69 rushing yards is horrible. I just don’t know if they can sustain offensive success without Henry being out. It’s going to catch up to them unless Tannehill completely becomes a prolific passer.
