TLO
I love Thor but not sure how I feel about $21mm. At least it’s only one year.

Dont know the nature / extent of his injury, but if it's your basic TJS - they should have tried to get him for more years. Pitchers are coming back and thriving after TJS. Eagles27
It's a good pickup as long as they're adding another rotation piece after this. A lot of big salaries on the team already though, so if they don't it's an interesting option for them to go with...

hrubes20
That's a pretty ballsy move by the Angels, tbh. They lose their 2nd round pick and $500K in IFA money for only one year of Thor coming off injury.
deltarich87
It's a start. They not only needed QUALITY innings, but more innings overall from their SP. Adding Syndergaard won't help them with the ladder, but hopefully it helps them with the former. Now they need to add on with another arm or 2 with a track record of durability
fluhartz
as a Mets fan I am sad that we waited on him for two god damn years to come back and it sucks that he just walked. But I can root for him since he is in the AL and not on the Yankees... I hope he does well and stays healthy.
CWood21
This makes no sense, right?
