Lol now everybody done with carr. Lol. What happen to being level headed posters.

I’ve been saying this for years. Carr has no grit, especially as the season winds down. He plays soft and complacent, especially during the second half of the season when football games are the most physical. I got grilled by some, but the fact is it’s true.

Carr is not the answer.

It's not just 1 game. It's the last 3. The offense didn't look this bad in nov/dec the last 2 years. The regression is real.

Last 3 years. He regress 2nd half. Gets happy feet. Plays scared. He a mess. Any other coach would had been benched this dude

If we can all agree, we need a new coaching staff next year too. This won't cut it.

It's frustrating, because Bradley's defense has generally been pretty good. But if you bring in a new HC (which we absolutely have to), they usually want their own guy.

ETA - pretty good, BY OUR STANDARDS. Very very average by league standards, but that's a big improvement for the Raiders.

The bright side of the Gruden issue is that it hopefully expedited blowing everything up so we aren’t stuck in a 7-8 win rut every year

He’s been better than what we’ve had, but he’s replaceable. No reason to keep him.

Defense is above average but they're always on the field the last 2 weeks. At some point, they give up plays and TDs.
