Should I be starting Cedrick Wilson orrrrr? I have Stevenson, Alex Collins, Hilliard, Foreman, and Hunt (Who may not play) as my flex options.

I honestly have no clue. With Tyron Smith back there is a chance we just run the ball a thousand times. We do use Wilson for a lot of trick plays though and it only takes 1 to get 50 yards and a TD (solid day).

If you actually have him on your bench , is there ever a better scenario in which to start Wilson then with Coop and Lamb out?

Only singular reason you shouldn't is if you didn't want to root against your Raiders for him to go off. 😎
