Week 12 MNF Seattle @ Washington GDT

As crazy as it sounds, 5-7 is right in the thick of the playoff hunt in the NFC, so a chance for WFT to hang in there.

In Seattle, much tougher road ahead, given the 3 teams in the division that are clearly better this year (and well ahead).

WFT gets help on O with Logan Thomas and Curtis Samuel both set to return, both on pitch counts apparently.

SEA gets a healthier Russell Wilson, I suppose.

Interesting subtext -  WFT will be one of the teams hard after a vet QB (or Rd1 rookie too if plan A fails).   Could this be an audition on both sides?   And will Pete Carroll return as the HC in 2022 if the SEA slide continues?

Strangely I think rooting for the Seahawks to beat the WFT might actually serve the 49ers better in the wild card race.

There is no way Carroll didn't come into this game not expecting WFT to run the ball and give Heinke alot of short easy passes and yet this defense is allowing it despite keeping 7-8 in the box.

Good job holding them to a FG tho.
