The Third Rider
Winning games is a big part of it, gave the league a 2-4 head start with a rookie QB and now he has the #1 seed.
Dan_Bali
Kingsbury and LaFleur in the running also. I think Vrabel has done a great job too considering the massive injury list on offense.
Malfatron
belichick is 1. i would give it to MLF over Vrabel
DirtyDez
Kingsbury would be the favorite if the media didn’t hate the hire 3 years ago. Right now it’s B.B.‘s to lose.
sryan66611
I'd give it to Kingsbury especially going 2-1 or whatever it was with Colt McCoy. BB has been super impressive but I think i'm numb to the great things he does anymore.

Kyle Shanahan didn't win it in 2019 when I thought for sure he should be the favorite Most improved team and being the 1 seed doesn't get you coach of the year anymore I guess. The media loves a good narrative. I guess going 2-1 without Kyler helps. I think the fact bill is doing it with a rookie QB will push him over the top. JonMcC2018
It kinds shows just how average the NFL can be sometimes - It's not that difficult to win games. A good coach can easily push the needle to 2-3 extra wins.

Hunter2_1
Probably not. Everyone thinks he's the GOAT HC, but how many of these has he won? 2? Tin pot award.

Often this award is given to a HC who surprises everyone and not the one who wins consistently.
DontTazeMeBro
I’d give it to him even if they got the 5 seed.
NeptunePenguins
It is really hard to say. The chances that both the Cards and Pats get their number seeds is low, and I would be unsure of which coach gets it in that situation. In my opinion it will come down to which of the two have the number one seed in their conference, as I doubt both teams get it at the same exact time. Now if that does happen then it is likely a toss up, maybe in the Cards favor if they only have 2 loses with their number one seed.
