I'm on a freaking roller-coaster.

On the one hand, I want a "consistent regime" that's not here and gone every year or two.

On the other hand, we have 5 draft picks in the 1st and 2nd round, so if this regime is truly incompetent, we can't afford to blow these picks for the sake of "consistency". Blowing these choices will set us back even more...if that's even possible at this point.
