NYRaider
Read reports he is likely headed to the IR and will be shut down for the season. Does anyone know if that's going to happen?
Just Want A Title
I am not sure but his durability is a bit concerning. I think he is an 18-22 touch per game back rather than the 30+ he has been getting.
Nnivolcm
I have no insider info but I can't think of a reason to wait to put someone on IR if they had already made the decision to do so.
Sllim Pickens
I love Swift, but man, Jonathan Taylor would look good in a Lions uni right now. If Swift could stay healthy he might be there but this is back to back years he plays in half the games.

There's no sense in running him out there to get hurt even worse on a 1-win team.

Especially when we have Williams, Igwebuike, Reynolds in the back field and ARSB, Hockenson, Reynolds?, and a couple more receivers in the passing game. We don't need a one man show like Tennessee or Dallas.
Millenhater
Do you think we could trade him to say the Bucs or a team like that for their late 2nd round pick or to a team for a high 3rd rounder? Maybe have to give something back.
Just Want A Title
Would D'Andre be better as a WR in the mold of Golden Tate or Deebo Samuel? He wouldn't be exposed to nearly as much punishment.

Having him on the field with another RB will keep defenses honest. RB: D'Andre Swift/Jamaal Williams/Craig Reynolds/Godwin Igwebuike/Jermar Jefferson? WR: Josh Reynolds?/???????????????/D'Andre Swift WR:???????????????/Quintez Cephus Slot: Amon-Ra St. Brown/D'Andre Swift/????????????????? TE: T.J. Hockenson/Brock Wright?/????????????????? As much as I like D'Andre, it's tough to see this comment when Jonathan Taylor was sitting there for us and we had a need at the position. I was very high on Taylor as a potential Lion. I'm not really hating on Swift as he is a pretty good player when he's on the field but Taylor is a bellcow type back and in the MVP race.
